What’s On The SL Fashion Team’s Under-£50 Wish List

If you’re struggling to find stylish and affordable Christmas gifts, let the SheerLuxe fashion team share their ideas. Here, Lu, Charlotte & Polly reveal the gifts they’d like to find under the tree this year, all for under £50…

Jumper Exciting knitwear is the key to chic winter dressing – I’m sold on the gilet detail of this Isabel Marant-esque design
Bra What better time to refresh your underwear collection than Christmas? This one strikes the perfect balance between comfy and sexy.
Collar It’s no secret I love a collar – I’ll be adding this one to jumpers to make them feel more interesting, without the extra bulk of a blouse underneath.
Slippers With more time spent at home this year, a pair of stylish slippers is a must. The oversized pom poms on these make them anything but boring.
Dressing gown This sleek dressing gown ticks every box – its pared back design feels grown-up, while the fleece fabric lends it an all-important cosy factor.
Socks A bit of sparkle at Christmas is essential, and these fun socks will make a great stocking filler.
Necklace Pearls make a really special Christmas gift and they don't have to cost the earth – the two different sizes of this necklace make it the perfect balance of classic and contemporary.

Dress This mini dress is giving me serious Saint Laurent vibes, at a fraction of the price. I’ll be wearing it with a blazer for New Year's Eve, whether I’m going out or not.
Bag This pretty evening bag is perfect for party season and, hopefully, a few weddings in 2021. The pink pouch combined with a beaded outer will make a stylish addition to your look.
Ring Proving pretty jewellery doesn’t have to break the bank, this chunky chain is perfect for layering with other pieces or wearing on its own.
Jumper H&M is always my go-to for affordable knitwear. I’m quite fussy about fabrics, but this cable knit is made with real wool, giving it a more expensive look.
Shoes I’m obsessed with these velvet Mary Janes. I don’t love wearing heels and stylish dress flats can be hard to come by, but these will look great with a black mini dress and polka dot tights.
Bra You can’t go wrong with a pretty bra. & Other Stories has one of the best selections on the high street and with an easy clasp on the front, I’m totally sold on this one.
Kimono I love a blazer as much as anyone, but it’s sometimes nice to mix it up. This velvet kimono is ideal for layering up in the evening over a slip dress.

Earrings A jazzy earring is my favourite hack for a bit of a festive fun, and this Mango pair are such an easy win. Pair them with a black roll neck immediately.
Slippers These may strictly be slippers, but no one can stop me wearing these out and about in January. Come to think of it, they'll look excellent with my Free People socks...
Jumpsuit I would definitely call this a pair of long johns rather than a jumpsuit, so I'll be styling them as such, with short UGGs, an oversized puffer and a great cashmere scarf. I have a few similar things in my wardrobe already, and I promise you, it doesn't get more comfortable.
Bag Unless Father Christmas is feeling particularly generous, it's unlikely a Bottega clutch will find its way under my tree this year. So, I'll make do with this great Mango dupe, instead – slouched under one arm, it just makes everything cooler.
Jacket I'm yet to take the work shirt plunge, but this Zara style may just convince me. Its mixed finish is just that bit smarter than some of the checked styles out there – a great addition to a winter capsule wardrobe.
Skirt A sequin midi is obviously great for the festive period, but I'll be wearing it with a chunky roll neck and boots for the rest of the winter season season, too.
Boots If you're yet to jump on the chunky boot trend, these ones offer a convincing alternative to Bottega's cult design at a fraction of the price.
