The event, taking place between 6pm-8pm on 17th April in the stunning London showroom of The Wedding Present Company, is a rare opportunity for you and your bridesmaids to shop and meet with some of the best suppliers in the wedding industry, from chic bridesmaid dress makers to fabulous florists – and of course, for your hen organisers to get some party inspo. This is your chance to ask all your burning wedding day questions and get exclusive offers on the things that will make your big day even more special for you and your bridesmaids. And no bridesmaids bash would be complete without complimentary cocktails and canapés, which will be available as you make your way through the showroom. Get your girls ready for a night of hair-styling, makeovers and shopping ‘til you drop – as well as a goody bag filled with bridal party treats.

Hair and Make-Up
If you’re not a dab hand at hair and make-up, don’t panic – a number of hair and beauty experts will be on hand to take that stress away from your big day. Feel pampered with the likes of Blush & Blow, who’ll be offering a braid bar and expert advice for you and your bridesmaids, and Beautisserie, a bespoke beauty business run by one of London’s most in-demand wedding make-up artists, Sophie McMullan, who has worked for the likes of SpaceNK, Shu Uemura, Brides magazine and Harpers Bazaar.
Food & Drink
Taking over the bar will be the team behind The Cocktail Service, who’ll be mixing up a storm with bespoke cocktails for you and your bridesmaids, and the canapés will be provided by Doggart & Squash, whose passion for food and impeccable event styling make them the perfect caterer to feed all your hungry guests. Plus, no big day is complete without a show-stopping cake, which is where The Hazlebury Kitchen come in – showcasing their newest flavours and bespoke designs, all of which can be made vegan, gluten and dairy-free if you wish. Tastings are included in the ticket price, so forks at the ready.
Florist & Photographers
When it comes to the finer details of your wedding, check out Millie Richardson Flowers – based out of her studio in the idyllic Cotswolds countryside, Millie’s arrangements are inspired by the changing seasons, which has allowed her to develop a unique, natural and romantic style. Millie will also be doing one of her infamous workshops on seasonal flowers on the night, so get ready to flex your green thumb. Photographer Ben Wigglesworth will also be available to photograph every element of your wedding, telling the story in a natural way that captures the magic of your big day.
Hen Party
And of course, we can’t forget the main event – the hen party! If you and your bridesmaids are struggling to find something amazing that’ll do your friendship justice, then Cluck will be on hand to help you create a hen party that you won’t forget.
