THE JEWELLERY: Lucy Delius

Lucy Delius’s fine jewellery brand was born from an inherent desire to create but it is also a response to the lack of affordable fine jewellery out there. The collection epitomises elevated essentials. Hoops and huggies are crafted from 9kt recycled gold and featuring the signature randomised pavé diamond setting set with black or white rhodium. From rope rings and custom trombone link chains and pendants referencing Victorian silhouettes, all the pieces are made in India and Thailand by workshops endorsed by the Responsible Jewellery Council.

The result is an all-encompassing capsule of empowering silhouettes with colour, floral prints, feathers and embellishments adding plenty of personality. Mini dresses and skirts come together with linen tailoring, seersucker shorts and lightweight easy-to-wear dresses. The essence is youthful and fun, but in an elevated way.

THE RESTAURANT: Apricity

Award-winning chef Chantelle Nicholson is set to open Apricity on 12th April. Chantelle is known for championing veg-forward sustainable cooking and her new restaurant will be no different. She has created a menu centred around hyper-seasonal, sustainable produce from small-scale farmers. We love the sound of the Cornish mackerel with Shetland mussels, sambal butter and fennel; and koji-glazed BBQ oyster mushrooms with black garlic, nettle emulsion and fermented emmer wheat.
