THE JEWELLERY LAUNCH:

Missoma’s original collection with Lucy Williams launched in 2015, with the ‘Roman’ collection following in 2017, and ‘1987’ breaking the mould in 2019. Since then, the collections have been spotted on A-listers from Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer to Kim Kardashian, Sophie Turner and Margot Robbie. THE FILM:
Nope
Oscar winner Jordan Peele redefined modern horror with Get Out and Us. Now, he’s back with his third film, Nope. The film reunites Peele with Oscar winner Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out, Judas and the Black Messiah), who is joined by Keke Palmer (Hustlers, Alice) and Steven Yeun (Minari) as residents in a lonely valley in California. The two siblings run a horse ranch - and discover something sinister in the skies above. Meanwhile, the owner of an adjacent theme park tries to profit from the mysterious, otherworldly phenomenon.

THE COLLECTION:
Rachel Gilbert
Rachel Gilbert’s A/W22 collection is available now. Named Forma, it’s an expression of shape, embracing volume and sculptural form as ‘wearable art’. The collection features voluminous details and revisits Gilbert’s signature shapes, reintroducing familiar silhouettes with updated details. We love the subtly detailed black Stella Mini, pictured left.

THE HOTEL:
Boath House
This month, artist and restaurateur Jonny Gent, architect Russell Potter and chef Florence Knight – the team behind the critically acclaimed Sessions Arts Club – will open Boath House. Near the rural town of Nair on Scotland’s north coast, the property has nine bedrooms, two restaurants, a walled garden and two cabins. On an ongoing basis, a handpicked selection of multi-disciplinary artists, writers, chefs and musicians will be invited to take up residence in the house and grounds. Each will be encouraged to take inspiration from their experience at Boath to create something during their stay. Their work will then be added, shown, eaten or performed at the Highlands refuge.

THE SCENTED RANGE:
Jo Malone X Rodin
This summer sees the launch of a limited-edition collection from Jo Malone London and skincare authority Rodin Olio Lusso. Each of the five products – which include an oil-gel cleanser, face oil, face cream, body oil, and hand and body cream – are infused with notes of jasmine and neroli. Of the five formulas, we love the cleanser, which is enriched with evening primrose and argan oils to gently cleanse, remove make-up and leave skin feeling soft and clean.
