Lucy In Silver

Missoma’s original collection with Lucy Williams launched in 2015, with the ‘Roman’ collection following in 2017, and ‘1987’ breaking the mould in 2019. Since then, the collections have been spotted on A-listers from Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer to Kim Kardashian, Sophie Turner and Margot Robbie. For the first time in three years, Missoma and Lucy are launching a new collection on 3rd August featuring nine of their bestselling pieces remade in recycled sterling silver. There will also be two new gold styles – a square necklace and signet ring in a mother-of-pearl colourway.

Oscar winner Jordan Peele redefined modern horror with Get Out and Us. Now, he’s back with his third film, Nope. The film reunites Peele with Oscar winner Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out, Judas and the Black Messiah), who is joined by Keke Palmer (Hustlers, Alice) and Steven Yeun (Minari) as residents in a lonely valley in California. The two siblings run a horse ranch - and discover something sinister in the skies above. Meanwhile, the owner of an adjacent theme park tries to profit from the mysterious, otherworldly phenomenon.

Rachel Gilbert

Rachel Gilbert’s A/W22 collection is available now. Named Forma, it’s an expression of shape, embracing volume and sculptural form as ‘wearable art’. The collection features voluminous details and revisits Gilbert’s signature shapes, reintroducing familiar silhouettes with updated details. We love the subtly detailed black Stella Mini, pictured left.

Boath House

This month, artist and restaurateur Jonny Gent, architect Russell Potter and chef Florence Knight – the team behind the critically acclaimed Sessions Arts Club – will open Boath House. Near the rural town of Nair on Scotland’s north coast, the property has nine bedrooms, two restaurants, a walled garden and two cabins. On an ongoing basis, a handpicked selection of multi-disciplinary artists, writers, chefs and musicians will be invited to take up residence in the house and grounds. Each will be encouraged to take inspiration from their experience at Boath to create something during their stay. Their work will then be added, shown, eaten or performed at the Highlands refuge.

Jo Malone X Rodin

This summer sees the launch of a limited-edition collection from Jo Malone London and skincare authority Rodin Olio Lusso. Each of the five products – which include an oil-gel cleanser, face oil, face cream, body oil, and hand and body cream – are infused with notes of jasmine and neroli. Of the five formulas, we love the cleanser, which is enriched with evening primrose and argan oils to gently cleanse, remove make-up and leave skin feeling soft and clean.

NET-A-PORTER has a new homeware campaign for summer. Dinner Party Pieces is an expert curation of sophisticated home and dining accessories, including a series of exclusive capsules from eight brands. You’ll find Emilia Wickstead, Cara Cara x Cabana, Laetitia Rouget, Anya Hindmarch and SEA, plus Mrs Alice and Emporio Sirenuse – both of which are new to the site’s home category.

Choo Café

Jimmy Choo has announced a three-month takeover at Harrods. Choo Café is an immersive dining experience in the shoe department of the famous store. Decked out in Choo’s signature fuchsia pink, the space features sculptural seating, a plush pink carpet, mirrored accents and pretty tableware. All this will be well matched with a menu that celebrates British summer time – think patisserie topped with fresh strawberries and raspberries, plus tea and champagne.

Ana de Armas

Ahead of the highly anticipated release of Marilyn Monroe biopic Blonde in September, we can’t get enough of leading star Ana de Armas. The Cuban actress, who also starred as Bond Girl Paloma in last year’s No Time To Die, has been spotted in various behind-the-scenes photos as Monroe, complete with blonde hair and her characteristic smile. We predict an Oscar nod.

Summer Fridays Shade Drops Spectrum SPF 30 Mineral Milk Sunscreen

Summer Fridays’ newest launch isn’t your average sunscreen. Lightweight and serum-like in texture, this all-natural zinc-oxide formula protects against UVA and UVB rays, while being gentle enough to suit even sensitive skin. A layer of hydration helps to reveal plumped up skin, while a blend of antioxidants and vitamin E lets users enjoy that sun-kissed look without speeding up the ageing process.
