What Stephanie Waxberg’s Wearing Over The Festive Season

We’re big fans of Stephanie Waxberg’s glamorous, feminine style – so we were excited to find out what she’ll be wearing this festive season…

Black Tie Event

This Silvia Astore gown ticked all the boxes for an event at the Globe theatre this weekend. Velvet, lace and a big shiny bow – mega. I’ve kept the vintage look going by pairing it with some 80s-style chunky gold earrings from Anisa Sojka. Her jewellery is great quality at a great price point – I wear something from her collection every day. Rene Caovilla’s iconic sandals and this vintage-inspired bag complete the look.

Work Christmas Party

Alessandra Rich is one of my favourite designers for partywear – I wear her timeless pieces over and over again. I wore this little jacket to Royal Ascot earlier this year, and it’s also perfect with jeans for our team Christmas party at The Maine. This particular style from Stradivarius is my high-street secret weapon. Heels, hoops, a sparkly bag and a festive velvet hairband complete the look.

My Birthday Party

My birthday is on the 23rd of December so I’ve always celebrated with a fun Christmas party. This year we’re going for drinks at the new At Sloane hotel bar and I’m going to wear a slinky, long black slip dress with this epic jacket from Jane & Tash, matching croc boots and a stack of gold rings. The bag’s on my birthday wishlist… hint hint!

Christmas Eve

I get my love of dressing up from my mum and this dress reminds me of the ones she would wear to parties in the early 90s. Red is the colour of the season and perfect for this time of year. The earrings are from my friend Laura’s new collaboration with Heavenly London – the floral design is so pretty.

Christmas Day

I loved this Rebecca Vallance dress as soon as I saw it. The pearls and bows make it perfect for Christmas Day. Her collection is so well made and timeless – you’ll wear her pieces for years to come. I’ll wear my favourite Wolford tights, Saint Laurent heels and some vintage pearl and gold earrings.

Boxing Day

Boxing Day is the time to cosy up. I’ll be wearing this sweatshirt from the Ritz Paris x Frame collaboration. I love these Abercrombie joggers because they’re super stretchy and comfortable but still look chic. Cosy cashmere socks are a must, teamed with my favourite slippers.

New Year's Eve

I’m going all out ‘ice queen’ for New Year’s Eve in this beautiful satin and chiffon gown from my client Karen Millen. It comes in petite, regular and tall lengths which is great for us tall girls – it’s also available in black in case you want a more classic style. This faux fur jacket brings the drama and I love this gold bag from Marina Raphael.
