Harissa Spiced Chickpeas, Flatbread, Yogurt & Greens
1 tbsp of Belazu Rose Harissa Paste
400g of biona chickpeas
1 classic Crosta & Mollica Piada flatbread
1 tbsp of Waitrose Authentic Greek Yogurt
1 garlic clove
200g of Waitrose spring greens
Pour chickpeas into a frying pan.
Add a heaped tbsp of harissa.
Cook for a few minutes.
Tear up some greens & add to mix.
Pour onto flatbread.
Finish with Greek yogurt.
