  • 1 tbsp of Belazu Rose Harissa Paste
  • 400g of biona chickpeas
  • 1 classic Crosta & Mollica Piada flatbread
  • 1 tbsp of Waitrose Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200g of Waitrose spring greens


  1. Pour chickpeas into a frying pan.
  2. Add a heaped tbsp of harissa.
  3. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Tear up some greens & add to mix.
  5. Pour onto flatbread.
  6. Finish with Greek yogurt.
