AM:

I drink hot water and lemon every morning to aid hydration and get my digestion going. I try to eat breakfast before having a coffee, too. In terms of skincare, I start with cleansing. Right now, I’m using the MyBlend Enzyme Cleansing Foam – I love the silky texture and lovely scent. I follow up with the Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence to lock in some extra hydration before layering on the rest of my skincare. Next is the SkinCeuticals C.E.Ferulic which has been my favourite Vitamin C product for years. It’s great for brightening, firming and protecting. I then apply Reome Active Recovery Broth which is such a beautiful nourishing serum – plus, it looks great on the bathroom shelf.

In the morning, I prioritise hydration. I’ve tried a few hyaluronic acid products over the years but my favourites are the multitasking The Outset Firming Vegan Collagen Prep Serum and Vichy Mineral 89, which is a classic. I then seal that all in with a good moisturiser. I have a couple on the go at any one time and tend to switch them up depending on how I feel. I recently started using the MyBlend Revitalizing Cream which has such a nice, rich texture. I also love the Tata Harper Waterlock Moisturiser which has such a lovely refreshing formula.

A daily facial massage is essential. I apply an oil and use my hands or a gua sha. The oil I’m using right now is the Tata Harper Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil which is full of vitamins to nourish and protect. I finish with SkinCeuticals Brightening UV Defense SPF30 Sunscreen Protection, which does the job well. In the summer I’d use an SPF50, though.

When I have time, I dry brush before my shower. This boosts circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system. It also helps exfoliate the skin to keep it feeling smooth. I use a Dr Barbara Sturm brush because the bristles are nice and firm. I try a lot of different body washes and I’m not especially loyal to one – at the moment, I’m using the Augustinus Bader The Body Cleanser.

I always moisturise my body after a shower or bath. Right now, I’m using the Dr Barbara Sturm Anti Ageing Body Cream which is great at keeping my skin super soft. I also love using a body butter. My top pick would be the Mutha Body Butter – it’s seriously nourishing. If I haven’t done dry body brushing and have time, I’ll do some lymphatic drainage massage. I do this using the Cardea Au Set Body Gua Sha, which is best used with a body oil so you don’t pull the skin too hard. The Firm & Revitalise Dry Body Oil is a nice one. I also take Elle Sera and MyBlend Radiance Supplement Powder too.

PM:

In the evening, I double cleanse. First with a cleansing balm or oil. My favourite right now is the Elemis Pro Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm. It has the most beautiful scent, and the texture is divine. Using this is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I follow this with the Suzanne Kaufman Purifying Cleansing Gel which is a lovely gentle formula. Once foamed up, I use the Foreo Luna 3 Facial Cleansing Brush which I’ve used for years now as it’s great for stimulating blood flow and getting the skin really clean. After cleansing, I apply the Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos Glycolic Serum on alternate nights followed by the Sunday Riley B3 Nice 10% Niacinamide Serum which is great for brightening and evening out skin tone. I then follow this up with the Vichy Mineral 89 and the Augustinus Bader Rich Cream – which I’ve been a fan of for many years.

Every other night I’ll use a retinol. I alternate with Drunk Elephant’s glycolic serum and the Medik8 Retinoate which is like an all in one night cream that packs a punch with clinical strength retinoic acid as well as peptides, ceramides and hyaluronic acid. On these nights I’ll skip the AB Rich Cream. However, when I need some extra nourishment, I’ll often finish with the Augustinus Bader Face Oil to seal it all in.

I love a bath in the evenings. My favourite product to use is the Dr Hauschka Rose Nurturing Bath Essence which smells divine and is so relaxing. I also rate the Susanne Kauffman St John’s Wart Bath which I’ve been a fan of for years. I love the scent, plus the ingredients are really soothing and healing. To set the mood, I’ll often light a candle or two. One of my favourites is Trudon Cyrnos

When it comes to gadgets and tools I like to use The Light Salon Boost LED Face Mask or The LYMA Laser. Both are such amazing anti-ageing devices – used regularly, the results are seriously impressive.
