In the technical, it's a journey of a different kind as they travel back in time for a nostalgic classic. But nothing is quite as it seems and they must rely on their taste alone to recreate this beloved bake. And in the showstopper, a visually striking biscuit mosaic tests the bakers' artistic flair and also gives them the chance to create something that's close to their hearts.

East Of Eden, Netflix

John Steinbeck’s sweeping family saga gets a glossy new adaptation, with Florence Pugh taking on one of the novel’s most complicated characters, Cathy Ames. Created by Zoe Kazan, the seven-part series follows the Trask and Hamilton families across generations in California’s Salinas Valley, exploring love, rivalry, ambition and the darker side of the American dream. Christopher Abbott and Mike Faist play brothers Adam and Charles Trask, while Ciarán Hinds and Hoon Lee also star. There’s an added bit of Hollywood history here too: Kazan’s grandfather, Elia Kazan, directed the famous 1955 film adaptation starring James Dean.

Claudia Winkleman welcomes a brand-new group of celebrities as they arrive at a beautiful castle in the Highlands to play the ultimate reality game of detection, back-stabbing and trust in aid of their chosen charities.
