Created in partnership with TASTE OF LONDON

This year’s edition feels bigger than ever. Alongside a line-up of more than 30 restaurants and over 130 dishes, 2026 also marks the launch of Taste of the City – a brand-new series of chef collaborations, one-off dinners and exclusive events taking place across London throughout the week. Back in The Regent's Park, the festival will also serve up cult restaurants, Michelin-starred talent and hands-on masterclasses. Here’s everything worth having on your radar…

the RESTAURANTS

One of the biggest draws of Taste of London has always been the chance to try some of the city’s hottest tables all in one place – and this year’s line-up is particularly strong. Among the names making their festival debut are glamorous Mayfair favourite Sexy Fish, known for its theatrical Japanese-inspired menu and late-night energy, alongside Basque-inspired institution Prince Arthur in Belgravia. Elsewhere, visitors can expect fresh pasta and indulgent Italian comfort food from Harry's Dolce Vita, vibrant Mexican flavours from cult-favourite Ixchel and ride-or-die dishes from returning names like Los Mochis.

There are plenty of under-the-radar spots worth bookmarking, too. Newbie on the scene, DakaDaka, will be bringing its modern Georgian cooking to the festival for the first time, while Gallio is set to showcase its fresh Eastern Mediterranean dishes. Fans of bold regional Indian cooking should also make a beeline for Pahli Hill Bandra Bhai, while Roti King and YORI promise queues for very good reason.

The festival’s rotating Uber Eats Daily Specials are also returning for 2026, meaning limited-edition dishes and one-off menus will appear across the five days – making repeat visits genuinely tempting.

the CHEFS

The chef line-up is equally impressive this year, with some of the industry’s biggest personalities hosting demos, masterclasses and live cooking sessions throughout the festival. Expect fire-fuelled theatrics at The Fire Pit, where chefs will cook over open flames and share restaurant-level techniques, alongside live sessions at the BBQ Cook School, where visitors can get hands-on learning everything from grilling fundamentals to pro-level barbecue tricks. There’s also the British Airways Holidays Cook School, which this year leans into a vibrant Caribbean theme, with island-inspired flavours, spice-led dishes and chefs showcasing the techniques behind bold, sunshine cooking.

Among the names confirmed so far are Syrian chef and author Imad Alarnab of Kingly Court’s Imad’s Syrian Kitchen; food writer and BBQ specialist Melissa Thompson; and south London chef Nathaniel Mortley, better known as Natty Can Cook of the recently opened 2210 in Herne Hill.

the EXPERIENCES

Beyond the food itself, Taste of London has become just as much about the atmosphere. Between restaurant hopping, guests can browse more than 160 artisan producers and exhibitors, discover cult pantry brands before they blow up on TikTok and sample everything from hot sauces to natural wine.

Espresso martini workshops, cocktail masterclasses and summer spritz stations add a hands-on layer across the festival, while the Taste Sessions in partnership with The Royal Parks offer a more relaxed, lunch-and-learn-style corner for intimate talks, tastings and demonstrations rooted in seasonal ingredients, sustainability and wellbeing.

the NEW SPIN-OFF

The biggest news for 2026, however, is the launch of Taste of the City – a new citywide programme running from 15th-21st June that takes the festival beyond The Regent's Park for the first time.

Fire Feast has already kicked things off as a first taste of what’s to come – a one-night-only live-fire rooftop experience at JOIA, bringing together acclaimed chefs including Henrique Sá Pessoa, Chris Golding and Carolyn Or. Now, attention turns to the rest of the programme, which will unfold across some of London’s most exciting restaurants and venues.

The series includes chef residencies, collaborative menus and exclusive one-off dining experiences, with highlights already announced such as a seven-day chef takeover at Rondo at The Hoxton, Korean and sake pairings at Lilli by Akira Back, and Michelin-starred dining at Pavyllon London.
