This season, I’m all about versatile jackets. Shearling adds just the right amount of texture and warmth – I’ll be layering it over soft knits and straight-leg jeans for a chic, off-duty feel. For something a bit more fun, this faux fur jacket would elevate tailored trousers, making it a strong addition to my wardrobe. Finally, when I want a bit of edge, Sandro’s leather bomber is the one. I’ll be styling it with loose tailored trousers and slimline trainers.

A faux fur coat is the perfect way to add a little drama to your wardrobe and I love the soft texture of this one from Source Unknown. This collarless wool cropped jacket is so simple but effortlessly chic. Lastly, for something more practical, you can't go wrong with a wax jacket – it's a year-round essential.

When it comes to jackets, I always look for colour and texture. This glossy burgundy jacket from The Frankie Shop is a real standout – I love the oversized fit and drop shoulders, along with the high-shine finish. Looking ahead to SS25, frog green is set to be one of the biggest colour trends. This punchy hue feels fresh and perfect for the transitional months. Of course, no wardrobe is complete without the classics and this double-breasted belted coat from Reiss more than fits the bill. Perfect for morning meetings and weekend brunches.

A long wool coat in a neutral shade is a timeless investment – I love this AllSaints version. For something cosy yet stylish, this brown puffer with a fleecy collar is giving serious Loewe vibes. Finally, I've wanted a shearling jacket for the longest time and British brand Gushlow & Cole has some of the best. This coffee-coloured reversible one will add instant interest to jeans and simple knits.

There are a few jackets I wear on rotation at this time of year. Suede – like this one from Massimo Dutti – can be quite weather dependent, but hopefully I’ll get plenty of wear out of it well into spring. For something more practical, Varley’s padded style is a go-to. Finally, the ultimate investment is a shearling jacket – this Blazé Milano one is top of my wish list.

This season, I’m investing in standout jackets that reflect the key trends. This metallic puffer taps into the high-shine we saw all over the runways. I’ll wear it with loose grey jeans and cool sunglasses for off-duty vibes. A cropped faux fur, inspired by the luxe aesthetic at Erdem, is perfect for adding texture and drama – team it with tailored trousers and crystal accessories for after-work drinks. Finally, this cool blazer takes classic tailoring up a notch – the appliqué flowers are giving serious designer vibes.

Sandro is my go-to for jackets – especially shearling, which always looks good with loose denim or corduroy trousers. A boxy suede jacket is another versatile option. I often try & Other Stories for classic outerwear and this houndstooth belted blazer has caught my attention. Thanks to its defined silhouette, it’ll instantly elevate my workwear looks.
