We’re always on the lookout for small, sustainable brands, and Skall Studio is the newest name on our radar. The Danish label has been crafting beautiful, classic pieces with a conscience since 2014. Thanks to this summer’s wafty, oversized trends it has found its way into the mainstream. Here’s everything to know about the cult label…

The Brand…

The brainchild of sisters Julie and Marie Skall, whose coastal upbringing inspired their free-spirited, functional pieces. Designed to be an alternative to fast fashion, the brand teams up with a few select factories to make stylish, good-quality separates. 

The Designs… 

Romantic, relaxed and the epitome of throw-on fashion – think oversized peasant dresses, white ruffle shirts and marl knitwear, all in a typically pared-back Scandi colour palette.

The Fans…

Plentiful. Cool French influencer Monica Ainley is a fan (check her out on their Insta in the most divine ruffled blouse) and some of our favourite Scandi names are frequently spotted in Skall pieces too.
