The best shopping destination in London is Portobello Road. For vintage finds it’s always my go-to. You can discover some real gems here before they end up on the big resale platforms and often at much better prices. Plus, the atmosphere is unmatched. There's just an energy to it you don’t get anywhere else.
For more curated shopping, I love Marylebone High Street. It has a great mix for both men and women, and it’s just a stone’s throw from Chiltern Street, where you’ll find Mouki Mou – one of my all-time favourite stores. It carries beautiful, under-the-radar pieces you won’t find online. I also make a point to stop by Caravane to check out the homeware, Oh My Cream! for beauty essentials, and Sunspel or New & Lingwood for timeless menswear.
Right now, I’m obsessed with The Corner Store. It’s part deli, part restaurant, part lifestyle shop and it’s exactly what London has been missing. You can sit down for a bite, buy the ingredients used in the dishes and walk out with a bunch of flowers. It’s all so thoughtful and well curated. If you’re anywhere near The Strand, go.
Spring is such a special restaurant. I don’t say that just because it belongs to my mother but because it really is unique. The food is incredible, the room is beautiful and there’s a calm energy to it that’s hard to replicate in London. It never fails to feel like a treat. For something more low-key, I love Canteen – it’s my local. And The Source on Westbourne Grove has become a bit of an obsession. It’s a zero-waste supermarket where you can fill jars with everything from soups to fresh nut butter.
For date night, I’m currently loving The Park Restaurant. There’s something so nostalgic and fun about it, and it feels like such a treat. Otherwise, we love Thai Harmony in Notting Hill Gate. You can get a foot massage in these big, comfy chairs and then head somewhere cosy for dinner afterwards. It’s the perfect kind of relaxed evening.
I love discovering new restaurants in my neighbourhood. Eel Bar on Talbot Road is my latest find. It’s a tiny, intimate sushi spot that you want to keep to yourself but end up telling everyone about. The food is fresh, simple and so well done. I’ve already been back a few times.
The Courtauld is my favourite gallery in London. It’s small enough that you can really take it all in without feeling overwhelmed. The exhibitions are always inspiring and beautifully curated. It also has this quiet charm about it and it’s never too busy, which makes the experience even better. It’s the kind of place you leave feeling creatively recharged.
The British Museum is pretty unbeatable too. I’ve been going since I was a child, and it still blows me away every time. The sheer scale of it is awe-inspiring – you can get lost in there for hours because there’s always something new to discover.
The coolest boutique in London has to be Alex Eagle. Tucked away on Lexington Street, it feels more like stepping into someone’s dream apartment than a shop. Everything from the fashion to the furniture and art is so well curated.
If I could only wear one brand for the rest of my life, it would be Nili Lotan. She nails that effortlessly elevated look – great jeans, amazing basics and pieces that transition seamlessly from day to night. It all just feels so wearable but still polished. I always feel good in her clothes. It’s my version of a modern uniform.
Paris is where you’ll find the most unique pieces. The vintage scene is next level and even the smaller neighbourhood shops usually have something special. I never leave without picking up at least one piece I know I won’t see anywhere else. There’s a certain magic to shopping in Paris – it’s where I find the things that make my wardrobe feel so much more personal.
My dream shopping day would be with my sister. With an unlimited budget – I wish – I’d take my time moving through all my favourite stores in London. My sister gives the most honest (and brutal) feedback – exactly what you need. I’d walk away with a handful of forever pieces and we’d end the day with a long lunch and a catch up.
I’ve really fallen in love with Hyde Park lately. Over the last year and a half, it’s become my go-to place to switch off. There’s something incredibly calming about the open space and the people-watching is top-tier. I really think it’s one of the best city parks in the world.
September is my favourite time of year in London. Everyone’s back from holiday, there’s a renewed buzz and it’s still light at 8pm. The pressure of summer has lifted but there’s still so much going on. It’s just a great moment for style, energy and making plans. It always feels like a fresh start.
Palermo is my dream city for shopping, eating and exploring. The food is unbelievable, the flea markets are full of treasures and the city itself is steeped in history. It has this incredible energy that’s both soulful and exciting. Every corner feels like a story. I leave feeling fuller – both creatively and literally.
For under-the-radar fashion, Marrakech is unmatched. People have such an instinctive sense of style there – everything is so layered and textured. The Medina is filled with hidden gems and the tailoring is incredible. Plus, that Yves Klein blue you see everywhere is pure magic. It’s a place that makes you want to dress with more intention.
I like brands that do high-quality wardrobe staples. All Three is my latest fashion discovery. It does amazing pieces with the kind of cuts that feel considered. Everything is made to last and instantly slots into your everyday wardrobe. Great basics really are the best investment. They make getting dressed in the morning so much easier.
