FRAGRANCE: Jo Malone x Zara
One of SL’s favourite perfumers, Jo Malone, has teamed up with Zara to create eight unisex fragrances. Inspired by Zara’s fashion archives, each of the scents has its own personality, and can be mixed and matched – much like Malone’s own Jo Loves collection. We love the sound of Vetiver Pamplemousse, which has notes of grapefruit, mandarin and vetiver. Best of all, a bottle costs just £25.95 – perfect for Christmas presents.

RESTAURANT: Café Murano Bermondsey
Angela Hartnett’s new Café Murano has opened on Bermondsey Street. The restaurant features an open kitchen, counter seating and a lovely private dining space. The menu is largely inspired by the diverse regions of Italy, including the truffle-rich hillsides of Piedmont and seafood inspired by the country’s coastal regions. Look out for signature dishes such as mushroom arancini, chicken milanese and tortelli.

INTERIORS: Alice Naylor-Leyland
Fashion muse, brand collaborator and Vogue contributor Alice Naylor-Leyland has launched her eponymous homewares brand. With an emphasis on whimsical and elegant design, her signature products are her ‘festive tablescapes’, which take the hassle out of hosting and bring the fun back into dining. We love her ‘Winter Woodland’ tablescape for four guests. With green and silver tones, this set – which includes crackers, nutcrackers and candleholders – will look amazing paired with a simple plain-coloured set of your own cutlery and crockery.

THE RING: Carolina Bucci
Carolina Bucci's heart-shaped Cuore ring has long been a team SL favourite, but her new bow-shaped style may be about to trump it. Cool, glamorous and our kind of festive, the design adds serious impact to even the simplest of outfits - we'll be asking Santa for the yellow gold version.

THEATRE: 4,000 Miles
In spring, The Old Vic will present Amy Herzog’s Pulitzer Prize for Drama nominated 4,000 Miles. Directed by Matthew Warchus, the much-anticipated play will star Eileen Atkins and Timothée Chalamet in the lead roles and will open on 16th April. The tale focuses on 21-year-old Leo, who sets out from the West Coast to cycle across America with his best friend. After weeks of radio silence, no one is more surprised than his 91-year-old grandmother Vera when Leo turns up on her Manhattan doorstep in the middle of the night. His life just starting, hers nearly ending, and in a faded Greenwich Village apartment their griefs collide. Tickets go on sale on 3rd December.

Marylebone’s Orrery has teamed up with The White Company and Moët & Chandon to transform its terrace for winter. On the French restaurant’s roof, the space has been dressed with The White Company’s luxury cashmere throws, hanging outdoor lanterns and white sheepskin rugs, while candles around the terrace fill the air with notes of chestnuts and pine.
