There’s nothing better than a fresh white knit. A Fair Isle is another must for me – it’s such a seasonal, festive staple. I’m loving the scarf trend this year too; it adds that sophisticated touch that makes a knit more appropriate for the office. Finally, you can’t beat a chunky cable knit or a bit of red for that classic winter feel.

When it comes to knitwear, I’m always drawn to pieces with an interesting silhouette or colour. The cocoon sleeves and monochrome stripe detailing make this Topshop knit a real standout. I also love the versatility of a short-sleeve – it’s the perfect way to add variety to my wardrobe. For something a little more statement,  the long-line cardigan with a belted waist offers the ideal balance of comfort and polish.
