1. The Sunglasses

I've been looking for the perfect aviators for years and nothing beats these Bottega Veneta Sardines. The gold metal frame and warm brown lenses work with everything – non-negotiable in my holiday bag this summer.

2. The Silk Set

Sets are my number one packing hack – they do all the work for you and this Dissh silk co-ord is no exception. Worn together for an easy evening look, you can also mix the top with white linen in the daytime and the trousers  with a lace cami for something a little different – the combinations are endless.

3. The Bag

This raffia tote is part of my own collaboration with Katie Loxton and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Spacious enough for all your beach essentials, the bitter chocolate trim gives it a slightly more elevated feel than your average straw bag – I carried it every single day in Menorca.

4. The Cover-Up

A sarong is the ultimate holiday multitasker and this H&M striped blue version is the one I'm packing. Wrap it at the beach, tie it over a swimsuit for lunch or use it as a lightweight layer for the journey home – it takes up virtually no space and earns its place in the suitcase every time.

5. The Lace Set

This Dissh white lace co-ord is perfect for long lunches and lazy afternoons. Worn together, it feels effortlessly put-together but the trousers work just as well thrown over a swimsuit.

6. The Travel Bag

I don’t take check-in luggage if I can help it – so a bag that's spacious enough to fit everything but still looks good walking through the airport is essential. This Katie Loxton Soho bag does exactly that, and the personalised initials are a nice touch too.

7. The Accessory

I spotted this Zara beaded crochet skullcap and couldn't leave it behind – it's not something I'd wear in London but it's such a chic way to inject a bit of fun into holiday dressing.

8. The Trousers

Satin trousers are my holiday non-negotiable – they're comfortable enough to wear all day but look polished enough for the evening too. I packed this Mango pair in both cream and black so I had every possibility covered.

9. The Evening Top

This Zara halter top  is my evening go-to – I like to wear it with the Mango cream satin trousers for a head-to-toe ivory look, or with the Dissh lace trousers for a bit of texture. The open back gives it that extra something.

10. The Dress

A throw-on dress is a holiday must-have and this Topshop chocolate poplin maxi is one of those pieces that looks like you've really thought about your outfit when you actually haven't. Maximum glamour, minimal effort.

11. The Sandals

I'm a flip-flop girl at heart but I like mine to feel a little more considered and these Massimo Dutti red suede thongs do all the talking.
