THE BOOK:

Rose Uniacke At Home

Interior designer Rose Uniacke is the industry legend responsible for the homes of Victoria Beckham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. And now, there’s a new, limited-edition copy of Rose Uniacke At Home available to buy to help you get her look at home. Originally published in October 2021, this is a reprint with a new fabric cover – Rose Uniacke Wool in Herringbone Peach (4759) – and a duck cotton canvas slipcase. Made by premium coffee table book publishers Rizzoli, the book is lavishly illustrated. Written in Rose’s own voice, it gives an account of her practice as a designer and of the loving restoration and evolution of her own home.

THE CAMPAIGN:

Saint Laurent x Michelle Pfeiffer

Michelle Pfeiffer stars in the Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello Summer 2025 campaign, and it’s casting perfection. Directed by David Sims, the shoot showcases Michelle in sleek, structured suits from the new collection. Michelle’s suiting legacy dates back to her memorable roles as Elvira Hancock in Scarface and Catwoman in Batman Returns, making this campaign feel all the more apt. With its oversized silhouettes and strong ’80s-inspired shoulders, these pieces feel like a tribute to that era and Michelle’s presence brings a cool confidence to the campaign.

THE CHARITY BUY:

Hades X Women In Prison

Hades makes great knitwear. And now, the team has created the 'Hades X Women in Prison' blanket in walnut brown and sky blue, which was brought to life when the brand ran a workshop with Women in Prison, a UK charity that delivers support for women affected by the criminal justice system: in prisons, in the community and through their Women's Centres. Made in England from 100% lambswool, the blanket features a poem written by one of the workshop’s attendees. As well as looking good, 100% of gross profits from the blanket will go towards the work that Women in Prison does.

THE SPA:

Damu

Striking Fitzrovia hotel The Mandrake now has a spa. Launched last week, Damu offers treatments that focus on optimising not just the body, but the mind and spirit. Highlights include the exclusive Marina Abramović Longevity Method and the world’s first Wavess Origin Pool, an immersive healing experience combining water haptics, vibrational therapy, sound and chromotherapy. For something less high tech, we love the look of the Mud Caves, an earthy space where guests can apply mineral-rich mud from the Austrian Alps.

THE POP-UP:

Trullo X Harvey Nichols

March sees much-loved Highbury trattoria Trullo pop-up on the Fifth Floor of Harvey Nichols for a three-month residency, with a special menu that combines old favourites with Knightsbridge flair. Open for lunch and dinner, the residency comes as Trullo closes for a week in early March for refurbishment, giving the team the opportunity to put their twist on one of London's most iconic department stores. Dishes will include chopped beef fillet with rosemary and anchovy; grilled asparagus with butter and bottarg; beef shin ragu; and pici cacio e pepe. In keeping with the new location, there will be luxurious flourishes too: think tagliarini with Beluga caviar; and grilled dover sole with Palourde clams.

THE CANDLE:

Ffern

This March, to coincide with the Spring Equinox, natural fragrance brand Ffern will launch its first candle. Three years in the making, the Perfumer's Candle is made with 100% plant-based wax and comes in a sustainable double-walled vessel made from recycled stainless steel, with a series of seasonal hallmarks inspired by traditional silverwork. Set into the lid of each candle is a bespoke enamelled artwork by Cory Feder – this first is inspired by the myth of Eostre, the Old English goddess of spring. Like its fragrances, the candle’s scent will change with the seasons. This debut captures the notes of a spring woodland glade: think violet leaf, lavender and ylang ylang. The Ffern Perfumer’s Candle is available to existing ledger members and in store at the Ffern Flagship in Soho for £89.

THE DRINK:

Aureus Vita

Aureus Vita is a new gin made using a one-of-a-kind distillation method. Distilled once a year in the autumn, when the most vibrant juniper and baobab have not long been harvested, the gin is limited in production with each year's expression unique – this year marks the first vintage from 2024’s production. The premium spirit is bottled at 61.8% ABV and is available to purchase at Selfridges and the Aureus Vita website for £175. If you want to try it first, the brand is hosting an exclusive residency at the beautiful Scarfes Bar in the Rosewood Holborn throughout March.
