Rebecca Udall x Isla Simpson

Rebecca Udall has collaborated with textile designer and illustrator Isla Simpson to create a limited-edition collection of bed linen. Following the success of their tableware partnership in 2021, the two female-founded brands have once again joined forces to create a capsule collection. The intricate design details synonymous with Isla’s signature style translate beautifully into Rebecca’s Italian woven cotton, with the sheets featuring ruffle borders and ribbon-tie closures to add a touch of whimsy.

Flo Doyne-Ditmas

Flo Doyne-Ditmas is a British artist and maker who has released a range of eye-catching picture frames via Partnership Editions. “Framing is an essential part of displaying art but it’s often an over-looked topic,” Flo explains. Available in a range of sizes and patterns, the frames reflect Flo’s playful approach to interiors and artwork. “Of course, there are times when an artwork calls for a simple, almost unnoticeable surround but there are other times when art, spaces and environments call for something a bit more exciting,” she adds.

Coat X Laura Jackson

Broadcaster and creative director Laura Jackson has put together a curated edit of six shades for Coat Paints. Timeless and stylish, the ‘Parisian’ edit is inspired by the city of light and encompasses a largely sophisticated and neutral colour palette further enhanced by a couple of deep muted shades. Best of all, you can order all six swatches in ‘peel and stick’ format, so you can move them around the house to see what works and avoid the hassle of multiple tester pots.

Born in Australia but now available in the UK, Bed Threads offers breathable, 100% flax linen bedding in on-trend colours with unique finishing touches. We’re tempted by the new scalloped pillowcases – our favourite colour combo is the terracotta and rust.

Act One

Curators Fenella Brownlee and Jenny Webber have just launched Act One, an exciting new platform for affordable contemporary art. A former curator at Soho House, Brownlee brings art market expertise, whilst Webber has gathered experience at private art consultancy practice, Fresh Paint. Act One combines their passion for art with the desire to give emerging artists, and particularly female artists, a place to shine. The first exhibition will feature over 30 sought-after contemporary artists, with artworks from £250. Brownlee and Webber use the mantra, ‘would we want this in our own homes?’ when meticulously curating the show. From what we've seen so far, the answer is yes please!
