AMADA

New to the UK, AMADA is the Swiss-born activewear brand putting stylish, high-performance design at the forefront. Tracy Anderson At Surrenne

Within Surrenne, London’s latest longevity-focused members’ club, is the UK’s first and only Tracy Anderson Studio. Known for her cult, dance-based method – built around small, repetitive movements with light weights and bands – Anderson has a global fan base (including Victoria’s Secret models) who are drawn to its sculpting, toning effects. The studio is heated to 34°C to encourage a detoxifying sweat and features a sprung wooden floor that minimises impact while tripling the calorie burn. Post-class, refuel at the in-house café with a nutrient-rich menu curated by celebrity nutritionist Rose Ferguson.

Saucony Run Shoreditch

This September, a new name hits London’s race calendar – Saucony Run Shoreditch. A 10k set in the heart of one of the capital’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, this closed-road race promises a high-energy blend of fitness and community – complete with live music, cheering crowds of plenty of post-run energy. London’s first-ever spin studio keeps getting better. Sophie Rose Pilates

A stone’s throw from Golborne Road, SR Pilates is the kind of boutique studio you’ll want to keep to yourself. Founded by former performer Sophie-Rose Harper, the space specialises in classical Pilates on the full suite of traditional apparatus – from the reformer to her signature Spine Corrector. As well as private sessions, Sophie-Rose also offers intimate mat classes – limited to just five people – running on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and evenings. The Sloane Club

Though The Sloane Club has welcomed members for over a century, the iconic Chelsea institution has recently unveiled a comprehensive refurbishment, including a stunning new fitness and wellness facility. Partnering with acclaimed PT Louisa Drake, the club now offers her signature low-impact method through group classes and one-to-one sessions. Spa therapists have been trained by Bamford, and highlights include a state-of-the-art gym, an infrared sauna paired with a shock shower, and a thoughtfully curated treatment programme. Zara Home

We already rely on Zara Home for elevated interiors at high street prices – now, it’s bringing that same refined aesthetic to the world of fitness. The new gym collection features beautifully crafted pieces that wouldn’t look out of place in a boutique studio – think sculptural weights, leather medicine balls and vintage-inspired boxing gloves. Keep an eye out for a second drop in June.
