Frosted Brownie
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Put the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Beat the flour and cocoa powder into the egg mixture until all the ingredients are well mixed. Pour in the melted butter and mix through. Stir in the walnuts and chocolate by hand until evenly dispersed.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is firm but the centre is still soft. Let cool completely.
For the frosting: Beat together the confectioner's sugar, butter, and cocoa powder in an electric stand mixer with a paddle attachment (or use an electric hand mixer) on medium-low speed until the mixture is well mixed and has a sandy texture. Add the cream cheese all at once and beat until it is completely incorporated. Turn the mixer up to medium-high speed. Continue beating until the frosting is light and fluffy, at least five minutes. Do not overbeat, otherwise it can quickly become runny. When the brownie is cold, spread the frosting over the top. Cut into pieces and serve.
