Fizzing With Pride Cocktail
Loosely based on a pornstar martini but not as sweet, this Fizzing With Pride cocktail uses gin instead of vodka – while tonic creates those all-important bubbles that make this great for a special occasion. Passion fruit syrup is available from Ocado and is a brilliant staple for cocktails, desserts and baking.

Ingredients
60ml of gin
25ml of passion fruit syrup
50ml of lemon juice
100ml of tonic water, to top up
1 passion fruit, halved, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Fill two tall glasses with ice.
Step 2
Combine the gin, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with another handful of ice; shake for 10 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch.
Step 3
Strain into the glasses and top up with tonic. Garnish each with half a passion fruit and serve.
