Crispy Kale Chips

Makes one bowl

20 Minutes
1 bag of kale, cut into large bite-size pieces if you have bought whole leaves
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
Step 1
Set the oven to 180ºC.
Step 2
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with hands.
Step 3
Spread onto a baking tray and cook for 10-15mins until crispy.
Step 4
Stir halfway through the cooking time, as the kale can turn brown quickly.
