Mushroom Miso Stir-Fried Noodles

1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil
210g pack of Waitrose Mushroom & Miso Stir-Fry Bites
125g of chestnut mushrooms, thickly sliced
300g pack of Waitrose Superbright Stir-Fry
4 salad onions, sliced
2 tbsp of Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 tbsp of Shaoxing rice wine
275g pack of Waitrose Wholewheat Noodles
Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the mushroom and miso bites and mushrooms for one minute. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for three minutes.

Step 2

Stir in the salad onions, teriyaki marinade, rice wine, two tablespoons of water and noodles, and stir-fry for two minutes before serving.
