Sabrina Tulloch

Sabrina Tulloch is one of London’s pre-eminent private chefs and caterers. Known for creating beautifully presented and interesting dishes which are big on flavour, she’s the go-to name for celebrities and industry insiders. Sabrina can cater intimate dinner parties and canape soirées, as well office lunches and photoshoots. We like the sound of her summer sharing menu, which includes whole roast salmon with citrus salsa verde and watercress mayo; burrata with broad bean hummus, pea shoots and mint; and rose water and pistachio pavlova with fresh berries and cream.

Suzanne James

Suzanne James has been in the business for over 20 years, so she knows what goes into making a great event. You’ll find her name on the catering list at several venues in London, but she also caters private and corporate events from her base in East Dulwich – also home to her pop-up supper club. Choose from set menus or ask the team to create a special menu for your event, whether that’s a canapé reception or dinner party. Sample menus include baked ricotta soufflé with asparagus salad, beef carpaccio with capers and parmesan, and seared scallops with pea purée.

Lottie Brook

If vegetarian and vegan food is what you want, Lottie Brook creates delicious food using seasonal and local produce. Catering parties, dinners and private events in and around London, she carefully sources produce from quality suppliers – including fishmongers and butchers if you’d like non-veg options, too. After learning to cook with her parents in the south of France, she now caters for a wide range of events, including charity supper clubs. Lottie’s sample summer menu includes dishes like smoky baba ganoush with radish and mint, roasted quail with shallots and black grapes, a local cheese selection with homemade chutney, and fig and cinnamon frangipane tart with cream – but you can also choose from canapé selections and smaller bites depending on the nature of your event.

Hope Pointing

Hope Pointing splits her time between Clapham and Dorset. The personal chef and nutritionist has combined her love of food with healthy living and now advocates a holistic approach to nutrition. Dishes are full of veg and gut-friendly ingredients, but the trained chef can also make bespoke dishes if you’d prefer something more indulgent – like her double chocolate cake. Choose from canapés like chicory and feta boats with maple walnuts or hot smoked teriyaki salmon and avocado blinis – or ask Hope to create a bespoke menu for your event. Scroll through her Instagram where you’ll find vibrant dishes like slow-cooked lamb with pomegranate and mint, and an array of summery salads.
