Crosta & Mollica’s latest launch is a range of frozen truffles. The traditional Puglian dessert combines two gelato flavours, which are hand-rolled and coated in a light dusting of crunchy cocoa to create a dessert-worthy truffle. The tartufi are available in three flavours – Caffè Latte, Chocolate & Hazelnut and Pistachio & Almond – and are the ideal way to end a meal.

Hackney Gelato has launched a Hot Cross Bun Gelato just in time for Easter. Made by infusing fresh British milk with freshly toasted hot cross buns, sultanas, candied fruit and salted butter, the gelato is made using locally sourced ingredients and is slow churned for the best taste. Serve it like the founders do – scooped onto a hot buttered hot cross bun.
Pasta Rapida by Rustichella
Fancy a quick supper? Enter Pasta Rapida, which has been launched in the UK by pesto brand Sacla’. Made by Rustichella – a family business that’s been making pasta in Abruzzo, Italy, since 1924 – Pasta Rapida cooks in just 90 seconds. It isn’t precooked, rather it’s made with a special bronze die to create a clever shape that allows the pasta to cook quickly. An ideal staple to keep in the cupboard for when you need a meal in under two minutes.
Nutella’s bestselling biscuit has reached the UK. The crunchy, golden-baked biscuits are filled with a creamy centre of the much-loved chocolate hazelnut spread. Each one is versatile, easy to use and showcases genuine Chinese flavours: Chinese Five-Spice is made from a blend of soybean, sesame paste, spices and fermented soybean curd; Satay allows you to create a classic Chinese takeaway at home; Sichuan Style Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry is a tangy and flavourful wok sauce made with chilli and Sichuan peppers; Oriental Sesame Soy is a blend of light soy sauce, aged vinegar, garlic, chilli and sesame oil which creates a dressing that’s aromatic and tangy without heat.
Schweppes Grapefruit & Elderflower Slimline Tonic Waters
Schweppes has unveiled two new products: a Grapefruit Slimline Tonic and a premium 600ml glass bottle available in three flavours (Indian Tonic, Slimline Tonic and Elderflower). The grapefruit flavour has been created following a consumer desire for fresh, fruity citrus flavours. We can see this working well for an at-home tequila and tonic – just pair it with a shot of tequila and a squeeze of fresh grapefruit juice.

Following a two-year trial, Moma has launched a chilled oat drink to sit alongside its signature oat milks. The new semi and whole oat drinks have been formulated to be non-splitting and fully ‘foamable’, making them the ideal plant-based, barista-worthy accompaniment to everything from hot chocolates to at-home flat whites and cappuccinos.
