Big Mamma Cucina Popolare

Now it’s released some of the most sought-after recipes – giant pizzas al metro to XXL desserts – from the crowd-pleasing menus at both of them.

Broma

Made from single-origin raw cacao, Broma chocolate sauce is free from refined sugar and low in calories. Natural ingredients make it a great source of iron, potassium, magnesium and fibre, and it’s also high in antioxidants. What started as the base of a vegan hot chocolate at a foodie market stall on the South Bank is now available for everyone to buy – and use as a brilliant addition to porridge, smoothies, milkshakes and baked items.

Brassica Rooted Spices

Looking to spice up your greens? A collaboration between Guardian columnist Meera Sodha and Tenderstem has produced a blend to boost your broccoli, cauliflower and shaved sprouts, transforming standard side dishes into something spectacular. Simply cut your brassicas into florets or bite-size pieces; toss in a little olive oil; sprinkle over a teaspoon of Brassica Blend and a pinch of salt; then roast at 200ºC for 10 minutes. Or, if you’re stir-frying shaved sprouts, add a dash of Brassica Blend one minute before the end of cooking.

This book is about using food to refuel and re-energise, while nurturing ourselves with flavour.

Bone & Broth

Bone & Broth produces ready-to-eat broths and broth cleanses that come in vegan, beef and chicken flavours. The stock is made by boiling bones on high heat for around two hours, while the broth is simmered on a low heat for up to 36 hours. This ensures maximum extraction of beneficial nutrients like collagen, gelatine, amino acids and glycine, which help curb skin-harming cravings for sugar that destroy collagen and elastin fibres. Use the broths for soups to keep you tip-top for now, then try a cleanse in January.

Sassy

Sassy by name and nature, this handcrafted rosé cider is gluten-free, 100% natural and made from apples that were organically grown in Château de Sassy’s orchards. It’s also one of the lowest-calorie alcoholic drinks on the market. Versatile and off-dry, it works as well served with sunshine and tomato salads as it does mulled at Christmas. No wonder it’s already found a place on the drinks lists of Sexy Fish, Bob Bob Ricard and Nola.
