Tofu Tasty Knots

Tofu Tasty has re-imagined tofu for those looking for nutritious, satisfying and natural ways to eat more plant-based meals. Dried tofu might be relatively unknown and underused in the UK, but it’s considered a delicacy in China and Japan. These knots are made purely from soybeans and water and boast 45% protein – higher than any fresh meat. Simply fry until crispy, add to a traybake or braise before popping in a broth.
