Mission

Europe’s largest yoga and movement space is now open in Spitalfields. Mission’s founder, Genny Wilkinson Priest, has transformed the derelict 15,000 sq ft warehouse to include five studios, three treatment rooms, a gym, sauna, retail space and a roof terrace overlooking London’s skyline. Besides yoga, the studio also offers a range of classes – such as ballet, breathwork and Pilates. It offers a sliding cost scale to make sure it’s accessible to all – if you can afford the premium package, it means you’re supporting others less fortunate.

Grey Wolfe

Grey Wolfe is the destination to know for alternative healing. Based in Barnes, the wellness spa provides science-backed therapies for those looking for more than surface-level rejuvenation. Its signature offering, The Grey Wolfe Method, gets our vote. For 135 minutes, you will experience the Rebalance Impulse – neuroscience with targeted dynamic light pulses and sonotherapy – followed by an infrared sauna and the BioCharger, which harnesses electromagnetic, light and sound to heal your body’s energy. Short on time? Try the Rebalance Impulse, which uses chromotherapy, breathwork, sound therapy and neuro-meditation exercises to improve sleep quality and tackle stress in just 25 minutes.

Already a big success in Sweden, Vitamin Well has just touched down in the UK. Enriched with minerals and vitamins, its drinks each have a different goal – to recover, awaken or focus – and are a great alternative to sugary juices and sodas. We’re stocking up on Recover, which contains energy-boosting vitamin B12 and magnesium to lower stress levels and improve muscle recovery. If you’re in need of a low-calorie yet feel-good afternoon pick-me-up, these drinks are a good way to go.
