Founded by Forbes 30 Under 30 fitness entrepreneur Grace Beverley, Tala does workout gear that never disappoints. Its newest launch, the DayFlex line, is no exception – think quick-drying fabrics and styles that mould to your body. Staying true to Tala’s philosophy of inclusivity and sustainability, the range is made using eco-friendly materials and comes in a size range spanning 2XS to 4XL.

Rebecca Dickson

Europe’s largest yoga and movement space is now open in Spitalfields. Mission’s founder, Genny Wilkinson Priest, has transformed the derelict 15,000 sq ft warehouse to include five studios, three treatment rooms, a gym, sauna, retail space and a roof terrace overlooking London’s skyline. Besides yoga, the studio also offers a range of classes – such as ballet, breathwork and Pilates. It offers a sliding cost scale to make sure it’s accessible to all – if you can afford the premium package, it means you’re supporting others less fortunate.

Grey Wolfe

Grey Wolfe is the destination to know for alternative healing. Based in Barnes, the wellness spa provides science-backed therapies for those looking for more than surface-level rejuvenation. Its signature offering, The Grey Wolfe Method, gets our vote. For 135 minutes, you will experience the Rebalance Impulse – neuroscience with targeted dynamic light pulses and sonotherapy – followed by an infrared sauna and the BioCharger, which harnesses electromagnetic, light and sound to heal your body’s energy. Short on time? Try the Rebalance Impulse, which uses chromotherapy, breathwork, sound therapy and neuro-meditation exercises to improve sleep quality and tackle stress in just 25 minutes.

Vitamin Well

Already a big success in Sweden, Vitamin Well has just touched down in the UK. Enriched with minerals and vitamins, its drinks each have a different goal – to recover, awaken or focus – and are a great alternative to sugary juices and sodas. We’re stocking up on Recover, which contains energy-boosting vitamin B12 and magnesium to lower stress levels and improve muscle recovery. If you’re in need of a low-calorie yet feel-good afternoon pick-me-up, these drinks are a good way to go.

Amid the demands of modern life, it can be tricky to fit in a PT session or make it to the gym on a regular basis. Enter Magic, which brings the PT to you. This Black Mirror-esque device has a built-in AI-powered hologram, and a virtual trainer who can correct your form, track your reps and pace, all within a personalised fitness programme. And if your home gym is also your living room, the mirror will disguise itself within your décor. The brand has just launched in Westfield and Selfridges, so you can give it a go for yourself before taking the plunge.

Heckfield Spa

With its sprawling gardens and beautiful views of the Hampshire countryside, Heckfield Place is a haven for those looking to escape the pace of modern life. The much-anticipated launch of its spa, The Bothy by Wildsmith, offers a chance to slow down and reconnect with natural surroundings. Each treatment journey is linked to the estate and led by experienced practitioners. Forget run-of-the-mill therapies; the new treatment menu includes massages, facials, meditation and movement as well as time spent with masters who specialise in naturopathy, osteopathy, reiki, bodywork and more.

2 Weeks To A Younger You

Gabriela Peacock, A-List nutritionist and friend of SL, can count the likes of Charlotte Tilbury and Princess Beatrice among her clients. Her new book homes in on the science emerging around ageing and longevity, and how we can feel younger from the inside out. Expect realistic wellbeing and nutrition advice for people who live busy lives and don’t want to give up too many creature comforts – think realistic intermittent fasting plans, practical tips and calorie-controlled recipes for better energy and mental clarity.
