The Method Club

Following on from its opening in Paris, and with a New York outpost coming soon, The Method Club has opened on Westbourne Grove. Designed by a French interiors team, it’s cool, contemporary and very ’grammable – but not just style over substance. Across three fitness studios you’ll find muscle-building reformer pilates, high-energy cardio workouts and sculpting full body classes, as well as tried-and-tested recovery stretch therapy and massages (from lymphatic to deep tissue) in two treatment rooms. Even if you don’t fancy stretching or being stretched, the café is a lovely place to grab a coffee or smoothie if you're in the area.

Atis x Healf

Our favourite place to stock up on health food meets one of our go-to lunch destinations. Salad bar Atis and wellness website Healf have come together to launch a functional shake available in two blends, Recover + Repair (perfect for post-gym) and Focus + Flow, which is designed to help to boost brain power. They taste good too, thanks to dark berries, rich cacao and a touch of sea salt all mixed into a creamy whey protein base. Sweetening the deal further, each shake comes with a bonus treat: Recover + Repair is served with a Cosmic Dealer Peanut Butter & Smoked Salt chocolate, while Focus + Flow includes a sachet of Cymbiotika’s Glutathione.

Hunter & Gather

The hype around bone broth has been high for years, and the more recent conversation around collagen have made it more popular than ever. If you’re making it yourself, congratulations, but not everyone has the time for that. Luckily Hunter & Gather has made things easier than ever with a new powdered version made from real free-range chicken. The taste is light, flavourful (with hints of rosemary and thyme) and not artificial like some others can be. Just one serving has an impressive 11g of protein and 5.5g of collagen in it. You can drink it straight up, but we love using it as a base for a ramen.

Jerms

Regulating blood sugar and managing appetite are hot topics, but almost all of those conversations centre around GLP-1. However, the gut plays a huge part, with the microbiome able to support the body’s natural GLP-1 response. Jerms, a gut health brand, includes Feiolix in its Daily Gut powder. This natural extract from a fruit called feijoa (also known as pineapple guava, thanks to its taste) is an ingredient that not only works as a probiotic booster, but is also believed to support the GLP-1 response.

Lululemon

If you’re looking for comfort, style and durability in your workout kit, you can’t go wrong with Lululemon. The brand’s new launch is a prime example of this. Crafted from buttery-soft, sweat-wicking fabric the pieces are super stretchy without losing shape, with seamless edges that won’t dig in uncomfortably. We especially love the dark brown, mesh-overlaid tank top, which truly could take you from yoga studio to bar.
