By now, we all know men find it far more difficult to open up and share their feelings than women. A lot of the content is directed specifically at men, while other pieces dig deep into controversial mental health treatments like psychedelic drugs and music therapy. You’ll also find sleep playlists, exercise tools and a host of other coping method suggestions here.
