What’s New In Food This Month

From the glossy gadget used to create sparkling water at home, to the farm-to-plate company delivering restaurant-quality food, here are the products – all of which are available online – to know about in the world of food this month.

Field & Flower

Award-winning meat and fish delivery company Field & Flower have launched a sous-vide meat range so people can enjoy restaurant quality food at home. The range includes harissa pork shoulder, lamb rump with rosemary & garlic, confit duck leg and half roast chicken with lemon and thyme. After being carefully prepared by chefs in Somerset, each cut is placed in a water bath with fresh herbs and spices before being cooked for between 8 and 12 hours. At home, the succulent meat is then finished off in the oven in under 20 minutes, providing a quick solution come dinner time.
