Sticking to the basics is the most important thing and that always starts with a really good moisturiser. REFY Face Sculpt is the one product I use every single day because it does so much more than just hydrate the skin. I use it as part of my morning routine to help depuff and sculpt, but it also gives my skin this healthy, glowy finish that makes me look instantly more awake. Even on the days I’m not wearing make-up, I’ll still use it because it makes my skin feel fresh and hydrated. 

Keep it simple. I think one of the biggest misconceptions is that you need loads of products or really complicated routines to have good skin. For me, consistency is always more important than overdoing it. A simple routine with products that genuinely work for you will always be more effective than constantly switching products. Simplifying skincare is my new motto. 

The Garnier Gradual Tan Moisturiser is such a throwback product for me but I genuinely love it. I’ve used it for years because it gives such a natural glow and is so easy to wear day to day. Some products become classics for a reason – and this is one I always go back to.

Ingredients that visibly tighten and support the skin while still keeping it hydrated are really underrated. One ingredient I love is Inst’tight – a world-first peptide and botanical complex – which is in Face Sculpt. It helps create that instantly lifted, sculpted look while still feeling lightweight and comfortable on the skin. I also love ingredients like glycerin and provitamin B5 because they keep the skin hydrated, calm and balanced, especially when your skin is feeling stressed or dehydrated.

I love the Laneige Lip Mask, it’s one of those products I always come back to because nothing makes my lips feel as hydrated overnight. When my skin needs a boost before an event or after travelling, I reach for face masks by 111SKIN face masks because they make such a difference instantly. For SPF, I love La Roche-Posay because it feels lightweight on the skin and sits really nicely under make-up. The REFY Eye Balm is another staple for me. It’s perfect for brightening and depuffing the under-eye area, especially in the morning. I love the cooling applicator, it instantly makes me look more awake and refreshed, even when I’m tired, and it layers really nicely under make-up without creasing.

I love tools that help with depuffing and circulation, especially in the morning. The Skinny Confidential’s Ice Roller is something I use all the time because it instantly makes my skin feel fresher and more awake. I also love combining tools like ice rollers or gua shas with skincare because I feel it really helps the formulas absorb better and gives you that healthy glow. I’m definitely more into consistent daily habits than complicated treatments.

Hydration makes the biggest difference to my skin overall. I’m obsessed with Humantra electrolytes because it helps me stay properly hydrated throughout the day, and I notice such a difference in my skin when I’m consistent with it. 

Sleep is another huge one. When I’m sleeping well, my skin always looks fresher and brighter. I also take magnesium which really helps me to get better quality sleep. 

Beyond skincare, eating well and generally feeling healthy always shows in your skin. I’m also really into lymphatic drainage and massages because they help so much with puffiness and circulation.
