Luxury hospitality group Aman is about to launch its first ocean-going vessel, and is taking reservations for its inaugural Mediterranean sailings. Early itineraries will trace coastlines from Mallorca to Nice and Florence to Naples, but we really love the sound of its Greek itinerary, which moves from Athens to Rhodes, combining celebrated marinas with smaller harbours and remote anchorages. The island of Tinos is just a short ferry ride from Mykonos, yet it remains an unspoilt gem with rustic landscapes, white-washed villages, uncrowded beaches, a bubbling-up food scene, great hiking… We could go on.
