Inspired by the timelessness of the British landscape, Reiss’s latest collection puts a modern spin on country-heritage style. In a bespoke shoot for SheerLuxe, our senior shopping editor Florence Eyres brought the pieces to life in three easy-to-wear looks. Here’s how she styled them…

The collection is designed with layering in mind. Generous silhouettes, soft knits and wide-leg trousers work seamlessly together, so building an outfit feels effortless. Florence wore the Elodie coat with buttery-soft Verona leather trousers for a rich, tonal look, and its detachable scarf makes it ideal for this in-between weather. 

Leather and suede anchor the collection, with soft finishes designed to get better with age. Florence opted for the Maeve jacket, crafted from grained leather. Softly pleated sleeves and a gathered hem give it a relaxed shape that’s easy to move in, and she styled it with chocolate-brown wide-leg trousers and loafers.

A leather jacket is MY GO-TO for making tailoring feel a little cooler. I pair it with sharp trousers and loafers for a LOOK THAT WORKS FROM DESK TO DINNER.
Florence

Earthy tones, like chocolate, camel and slate grey, and rich textures define the autumn palette. In another outfit, the Riley jumper over her shoulders added a fresh injection of colour when paired with the double-pleated Luna trousers.
