6.45am

My two-year-old son is my alarm clock. He wakes me up between 6.45am and 7.15am. If I happen to wake up before him, the first thing I do is look out of my bedroom window and just say thank you for the day ahead. We usually put on his little Toniebox that reads him a story. I like to put on a podcast because it’s nice to have something on in the background. At the moment, I’m listening to either the Mel Robbins podcast or Huberman Lab. Anything that talks about health, wellness and biohacking is my jam. My secret to waking up refreshed is to make sure I don't scroll on my phone before bed, and I also drink some magnesium powder in a tea before bed. This leads to some of the best sleep I've ever had.

7.30am

I make breakfast for my son and myself. My husband watches him while he eats, and I run upstairs to take a shower. I am obsessed with the Jo Malone London Wood Sage & Sea Salt Exfoliating Shower Gel – I use it with exfoliating gloves for the best results. I then love to use either the Johnson & Johnson shea and coco butter oil or the Clarins Tonic Body Treatment Oil on my skin. On my face, I use Lancer Skincare’s The Method cleanser, and the Mario Badescu eye cream is a classic for me. For office days, I want to look cute but sporty – my go-to uniform at the moment is leggings, a basic tee and great outerwear. I love my grey bomber from The Attico and trainers from Salomon. For a more dressed-up vibe, I team my YSL patent slingback pumps teamed with anything from ALAÏA. I am a big fan of Khaite too, especially its denim. On the high street, I love Mango – I bought lots from the Victoria Beckham collaboration earlier this year.In the style stakes, I don’t think anyone does it better than Law Roach and Zendaya, it’s just a partnership made in heaven.

9am

I book a taxi to make sure I get out of the house on time. I can’t leave the house without a good pair of sunglasses – currently my Gucci aviators – or the Pillow Talk lipstick by Charlotte Tilbury. My aim is to head straight to the gym after I’ve dropped my son off as I prefer working out there. It’s a 25-minute walk from the nursery and I’ll listen to more podcasts on the way. I have a Peloton bike at home but being in a gym environment makes me work harder. I am a big fan of mat Pilates. My favourite fitness brands are AloTala – I love what Grace Beverley has done – and you can’t go wrong with lululemon. After working out, I’ll have a sauna and steam.

11.30am

My office is a very chilled, calm space. It’s in an industrial building, so I worked with an interior designer to soften it up, with blush pink curtains, white pillar chairs and chevron wood flooring. I light Nag Champa incense when I arrive. I have lots of black and white photos on the wall, including one of Jimi Hendrix. Recently, a typical day has consisted of being on Zoom with the writer for my book, Who’s That Girl? Now that we’ve finished, I am starting work on book number two. Writing my memoir made me think of my career highlight and it would have to be winning a Grammy for ‘Let Me Blow Ya Mind’ with Gwen Stefani.

1pm

I don’t have a set lunchtime – I’m a big snacker. My husband laughs at me because the first thing I do when I go to hotels is look at the snacks. At the office, I love a good Kit Kat or any flavour of Tony’s Chocolonely. There is also a café in the building, so I tend to go down there a few times during the day. My Deliveroo order is from L'ETO. The chicken salad is insane with a side of delicious flatbread. If I was heading out for a lunch meeting, Brasseria in Notting Hill is my favourite spot.

5.30pm

I don’t like to leave the office any later than 5.30pm. I give my son a big cuddle when I get home around 6.15pm and find out about his day. I’ll put on BBC iPlayer for him to watch for no longer than 30 minutes. Usually, it's Kiri and Lou. Once bath and bedtime are done, I start on dinner. If I am prepared and have done a food shop, I’ve set myself up for the win and am ready to cook. Unfortunately, I order out way too much. My top three spots are Taqueria – they do brilliant tacos – Hare and Tortoise and, for the best sushi, the Notting Hill Fish Shop

8pm

I love being under my covers. Not asleep but sitting up, having something on in the background or scrolling on my phone. My room is so cosy, and I get to fully switch off when I’m in there. My bed linen is from The White Company – easy and classic. We have a big bed, and it makes the right size of sheets for our mattress. I am also a big fan of H&M Home – I have lots of blankets for the bed from there. Right now, I’m watching all the Real Housewives franchises – Dubai is my current fave.

11pm

I always put on something calming to fall asleep. I use the Calm app and usually put on some nice music. I cut off any contact from my phone 20 minutes before bed. This is something I consistently do unless I’ve just passed out so tired. No matter what, I will always wash my face before bed. Depending on what I think my skin needs, my skincare routine consists of using the Lancer scrub or Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Exfoliator followed by a cherry scrub by Skin Design, a vitamin C mask, a thick moisturiser, and sometimes I put the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream over that. On my bedside table, you will find my rock salt lamp, the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and some children’s toys.
