Pan Fry Chicken Fillet In Chilli Soy Sauce
If you're under pressure in the week, this meal couldn't be easier or quicker to get on the table. A simple sauce mix means all you have to do is leave enough time for it all to marinate. Delicious.

Ingredients
4 chicken boneless thighs
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
For the Marinade
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp of black pepper
For the Sauce Mix
2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Chilli Soy Sauce
2 tbsp of water
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of corn starch
Method
Step 1
Marinade the chicken then set aside.
Step 2
Heat the wok with oil at medium heat, add the chicken and pan fry both sides until they take on a light golden brown colour.
Step 3
Add sauce mix in and cook for 1 minute. Serve chicken with sauce coated all over.
