We love Higgidy’s tasty sharing pies and quiches, and this month it’s upped its snacking game with the launch of these ‘dinky rolls’, which mix cauliflower, sweet potato and red pepper with chipotle, a smoky date sauce and squeeze of lime. Mindful Chef Frozen Hong Kong Style Chicken Noodles

We love Mindful Chef’s delivery boxes and meal plans, so were pleased to see the brand is now stocked in Waitrose. Of the collection, we like the look of these gluten-free noodles with carrot, bean sprouts, red pepper, pak choi, water chestnut, mangetout, shiitake mushrooms and steamed marinated free-range chicken. It’s all tossed together with Hong Kong-style spices to give the dish an umami richness – all with no refined sugars – and makes for a quick, tasty meal.

AllPlants Mac & Greens

Allplants’s newest launch is its ready-meal Mac + Greens, a dish the team describes as a ‘plant-based trojan horse to inspire even the most sceptical of critics to think differently about non-dairy cheese’. Macaroni is tossed in a creamy, cheesy sauce made using nutritional yeast, cashews and garlic, mixed with charred broccoli and fresh greens, and topped with a toasted crumb. As well as tasting delicious, one serving contains two of your five a day, is high in vitamin C, has 25.6g of protein and is low in saturated fat.

River Cottage Organic Ketchups

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage has launched a range of organic ketchups, in partnership with 9 Meals From Anarchy, and each contains less than 10% sugar. Three of his distinctively different sauces – Beetroot, Squash and Tomato – have launched in Waitrose. The range is certified organic, vegan friendly, palm oil free and gluten free, and each 250ml recyclable glass bottle features biodegradable paper labels applied using plastic-free adhesives.

This Isn't Beef Plant-Based Mince

This Isn’t is one of the best-known meat-replacement brands to be stocked on supermarket shelves in the UK and its newest product is a plant-based, beef-flavoured mince made from soya protein. High in both protein and fibre, it’s suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and contains 55% less saturated fat compared with a standard portion of 15% fat beef mince of the same weight. If you’re a veggie and missing bolognese sauce, this is one to try.
