The range spans everything from comfort food classics like lasagne to Asian dishes such as Thai Red King Prawn Curry or Roasted Butternut Squash & Spinach Dhal.

Days Brewing has introduced a great-tasting alcohol-free pale ale to its range. Brewed in Scotland, the beer is bold and balanced, with tropical overtones and a clean grapefruit finish. With just 69 calories per can and made using only natural ingredients, Days is suitable for vegans as well as those doing Dry January. Best of all, Days Duty gives 2% of sales to progressive mental health initiatives.

These vegan savoury bites from top veggie brand Cauldron are made with vegetables, chickpeas, and fajita spices. High in protein, the snack features a zingy tomato salsa centre. Ideal for sharing, the bites are made with non-GM ingredients, are suitable for vegans and Vegetarian Society approved.
Emily Veg Thins Barbecue Tortilla Chips
Italian brand Emily creates tortilla chips out of vegetables. Its newest flavour – Barbecue – adds a hint of sweet, smoky flavour, and each serving comes in at just 97 calories. The product also offers a good source of protein and fibre, is gluten free and suitable for vegans. We’d pair ours with a Holy Moly guacamole dip for the ultimate snack.
Fix8 Ginger Tumeric Kombucha
Fix8 Kombucha sodas are made from 100% natural ingredients. Loaded with vitamin C and live cultures that are scientifically designed to reach your gut, this kombucha is low in calories and offers 25% of the recommended amount of daily vitamin C needed for immune health. Each can is vegan and contains 36 calories, your daily dose of vitamin D, no added sugar and 0% fat. Goodrays recommends trying its drinks for an ‘extra dose of zen’ on a lunchbreak, to increase focus and productivity or as part of a ‘post-work winddown’ routine.
Higgidy Bang Bang Cauliflower Dinky Rolls
We love Higgidy’s tasty sharing pies and quiches, and this month it’s upped its snacking game with the launch of these ‘dinky rolls’, which mix cauliflower, sweet potato and red pepper with chipotle, a smoky date sauce and squeeze of lime. Best of all, the zingy filling is wrapped in vegan puff pastry and topped with a paprika and golden linseed sprinkle – ideal for anyone giving Veganuary a go.
Mindful Chef Frozen Hong Kong Style Chicken Noodles
We love Mindful Chef’s delivery boxes and meal plans, so were pleased to see the brand is now stocked in Waitrose. Of the collection, we like the look of these gluten-free noodles with carrot, bean sprouts, red pepper, pak choi, water chestnut, mangetout, shiitake mushrooms and steamed marinated free-range chicken. It’s all tossed together with Hong Kong-style spices to give the dish an umami richness – all with no refined sugars – and makes for a quick, tasty meal.
AllPlants Mac & Greens
Allplants’s newest launch is its ready-meal Mac + Greens, a dish the team describes as a ‘plant-based trojan horse to inspire even the most sceptical of critics to think differently about non-dairy cheese’. Macaroni is tossed in a creamy, cheesy sauce made using nutritional yeast, cashews and garlic, mixed with charred broccoli and fresh greens, and topped with a toasted crumb. As well as tasting delicious, one serving contains two of your five a day, is high in vitamin C, has 25.6g of protein and is low in saturated fat.
River Cottage Organic Ketchups
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage has launched a range of organic ketchups, in partnership with 9 Meals From Anarchy, and each contains less than 10% sugar. Three of his distinctively different sauces – Beetroot, Squash and Tomato – have launched in Waitrose. The range is certified organic, vegan friendly, palm oil free and gluten free, and each 250ml recyclable glass bottle features biodegradable paper labels applied using plastic-free adhesives.
This Isn't Beef Plant-Based Mince
This Isn’t is one of the best-known meat-replacement brands to be stocked on supermarket shelves in the UK and its newest product is a plant-based, beef-flavoured mince made from soya protein. High in both protein and fibre, it’s suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and contains 55% less saturated fat compared with a standard portion of 15% fat beef mince of the same weight. If you’re a veggie and missing bolognese sauce, this is one to try.
