Italian food brand Crosta & Mollica has launched an authentic Italian range of pasta and pasta sauces. The Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients collection has been relaunched – with 40 new products added to the range. Fresh additions include TikTok-inspired products like Cacio e Pepe paste – a shortcut ingredient to make a simple and quick version of the Italian classic – plus several first-to-market, own-label products such as fresh pork stock, frozen wild garlic, Japanese seasoning shio koji and spice blends including vibrant Indian spice deggi mirch and Indo-French curry powder vadouvan. The range also now includes packaging with QR codes linking to recipes to help customers make the most of each product.
