8am
I’m not a morning person. I’ve got blackout blinds in my bedroom, so I have to rely on my phone alarm to wake me up. The first thing I do is check emails on my phone and then head downstairs to make two cups of tea. I don't know why, I just can't start my day unless I've had two cups of Yorkshire. I like to keep things quiet and sit in my own thoughts for a bit, so there’s no TV or radio on. I can wake up a bit puffy faced in the morning, so I like to use FRAÎCHEUR ice globes – which I put in the freezer overnight – to help my face go down.
9am
I take my second cup of tea to the shower with me. I put it on the side so that by the time I get out of the shower, it’s the perfect temperature to drink. In the shower, I love to use Naturium The Perfector Salicylic Acid Body Wash. I rub that on my chest, arms and legs, just to make everything really smooth. I also use the Augustinus Bader cleanser on my face. I brush my teeth with the Colgate Max White toothpaste. I have Invisalign, so I'm trying to make my teeth as white as possible.
10am
Warmth and comfort is front of mind when I’m getting dressed. I have a great pair of Paige jeans that give me a really nice shape, and a cashmere jumper from Reformation that I’m wearing on rotation. My outfit is all about the coat though. Some of my favourites are from Saks Potts and Charlotte Simone. I'm not really into fast fashion, so a lot of my stuff is old or vintage. I buy a lot from Vestiaire Collective and I've been getting more into eBay as well. I’m very much about second-hand and buying things that make me feel good. Lots of my jewellery is also vintage. My dream jewellery buy would be from Jessica McCormack; I am saving up at the moment. I don't worry about what other people are wearing or following trends. What I love most about vintage is shopping the different eras because they all have their own unique style. I am a 90s girl by day and 60s Hollywood glam at night. My style icon is Angelina Jolie – she keeps it simple, but her looks are always so effective.

I love southeast London. It’s a five-minute commute into London Bridge and easy to go central from there. I can’t leave the house without wearing SPF50 every day. I burn really easily, so it’s a must. Clinique’s Superdefense City Block is amazing – you can just wear that and nothing else. I also can’t leave the house without my AirPods and Dior lip oil. On my commute, I listen to the Sweet Bobby podcast, which has now been made into a Netflix documentary. My music taste is very eclectic, so I might be listening to anything from Stormzy to opera. On the way in, I’ll pick up a Joe & The Juice power shake.
12pm
I keep meetings to earlier in the day. That's when my brain's working a bit more. For lunch meetings, I love Chiltern Firehouse, The Twenty Two or Bubala in Soho. I get all my exercise from walking; on a day when I’m in central London, I can easily hit 10,000 steps. I often work from Riding House Café near Oxford Street, where I usually have a sandwich and some more tea. I am writing a script and a book, both with feminist themes. They delve into how other people can impact your body image and how sexual assault can affect it too. I work much better when there's noise around me and when I can people watch a bit.

I have a facial every fortnight. I’ve had really bad skin in the past, so it’s something I am actively working on. I have a rotation of specialists I see depending on what my skin concerns are at that point. The Skin Sculpter by Guendalina Gennari in Notting Hill is great for lymphatic drainage. Jasmina Vico at Vico Skin is unbelievable at getting rid of breakouts. My skin always looks amazing and she worked on all the Barbies for the Barbie movie. I’ve recently started going to Melanie Grant to get rid of my redness from acne. Because I am so pale, every mark shows up on my face. Lastly, Emily Lansley is great for leaving my skin glowing. I try to stay away from sugar as much as I can because it really does affect my skin, so I tend to have healthier snacks like rice crackers with dark chocolate on top. And I can’t get enough of pistachios.
6.30pm
I change my clothes as soon I walk in the door. London can be really polluted, so I’m straight into my comfy clothes and then I take my make-up off. I have dinner as soon as I get home – usually around 6.30pm – as I like my tummy to have enough time to settle before bed. On average, I am out three times a week for work events. Depending on the event, an LBD and heels from Jimmy Choo or Manolo Blahnik is my vibe. Make-up wise, I'm loving my Hourglass foundation. Victoria Beckham's beauty products are so underrated too – the concealer pen works so well on my skin tone. The Tom Ford bronzer and Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-Eyes eyeshadow are also some of my favourite products.
8pm
I hate being cold. If I do spend an evening at home, I light my scented candles and snuggle up under my electric blanket on the sofa with another cup of tea. I’ve just finished watching Joan, which was brilliant. I’ve just started Sweetpea on Sky Atlantic – any sort of true crime always gets my vote.
11pm
Before bed, I reflect on what I'm grateful for. I make a mental list of ten things before I fall asleep. My bedsheets are from Dunelm and are honestly the softest sheets in the world. On my bedside table I have a few books: Think Again by Jacqueline Wilson, Women Who Love Too Much and Conversations in Love by Natasha Lunn.
