Ingredients

65g cup of hazelnut butter
35g cup of agave (plus 1 tsp to coat)
30g of flaxseed
30g of desiccated coconut
50g of vanilla protein powder
20g of dark chocolate, chopped
½ tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of cacao powder
30g of chopped hazelnuts, to coat
4 tbsp of water
To serve:
40g of raspberries

Method

Step 1

Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl before blending to form a rough powder.

Step 2

Combine this with the wet ingredients, adding the water to help the mixture stick together (add 1-2 tbsp more water if needed).

Step 3

Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place in a shallow dish drizzling with 1 tsp agave nectar, shaking the dish until the balls are evenly coated. In another shallow dish place your chopped hazelnuts and add a few balls at a time, shaking the dish again to coat the balls.
