The Roastery Plant

Roasting Plant’s new coffee bar is now open in the Selfridges’ Food Hall. Simply head down there to select your freshly roasted beans, before watching them fly overhead – ‘Willy Wonker’ style – via pneumatic tubes before they make their way into the hands of expert baristas. With seven sustainably sourced beans and four blends to choose from, customers can create something specifically suited to their taste. And, from October, customers will be able to order coffee made from beans roasted on-site at Selfridges.

Based on a family recipe originally hailing from the West Indies, at the moment there’s only one signature blend available – but we expect plenty more are in the works.
