BRITISH SPRING HONEY 

Creamy and light, this soft set honey is foraged from spring flowers in Somerset. As with the rest of the Black Bee Honey range, this honey has been fully analysed and includes hawthorn, maple, cherry tree, sweet chestnut and buttercup pollens – among others. Black Bee Honey also sells handmade seed bombs containing 21 different varieties of native wildflowers and grasses which can help support a wide range of wildlife including butterflies, and of course bees. Named after its birthplace in northern Italy, the Valle delle Volpi (or Valley of the Foxes), Pale Fox is a delicate sparkling wine made from single estate, pale grapes grown at the foothills of the Alps. Made using 100% renewable energy sources and 100% plant-based, this prosecco is filtered using a natural clay.  With a creamy sparkle, created during the extra-long 90-day secondary fermentation process, it’s undergone three times the usual 30 days for prosecco and twice the usual 45 days for Champagne.
