FASHION
The Party Piece
When it comes to partywear, you can’t beat Christopher Esber. The simple silhouettes and playful cutouts are what draw me in. I’m also really into Araki – it has an amazing dress I’m obsessed with at the moment. The cut-out detail is so flattering.
The Everyday Hero
I’m all about rugby and polo shirts right now. They’re the perfect in-between piece for when a t-shirt is too cold, but a sweater feels too heavy. I tend to team them with a pair of baggy jeans, a belt and kitten heels.
The Trends
I'm obsessed with the colour combination of sky blue and brown – especially a blue shirt and brown blazer. I feel like we've been seeing these colours separately a lot this season, but together they just make so much sense. I’m also really into 'grandpa core' – think burgundy v-necks, polo shirts and trench coats.
The Shoes
Heels can make an outfit look so much better, but I’m actually more into comfort than I’d like to admit. I’ve lived – and will be living – in these shoes from ATP Atelier. They have the look of a heel but are as comfortable as sneakers. I’m also waiting for a pair of Alohas sneakers to arrive.
The Outerwear
Statement coats have really caught my eye this season. They basically become your entire outfit during winter, which makes getting dressed that bit easier. If a coat doesn’t have shoulder pads and isn’t practically trailing on the ground when I walk, then I don’t want it. Right now, I’m obsessed with this oversized double breasted coat from The Frankie Shop.
The Bag
My everyday bag is a newly released ATP Atelier bowling bag. It’s perfect because it fits everything you need for work, but it’s not the typical 'work bag' shape, which makes it appropriate for dinners and drinks. I’ve also been eyeing up a really cute leopard print bag from COS which I think would be perfect for a night out with the girls.
The Brand
I'm really into two brands right now: OpéraSport and Izabel Display. I’m drawn to OpéraSport because it mixes two things I like to combine – sporty vibes and a girly aesthetic. Jewellery brand Izabel Display makes perfect everyday pieces. I’m also obsessed with Louise Abel – I just bought this wavy piece that I can’t stop wearing.
The Wildcard
I'm nowhere near getting married, but the one piece that lives in my head rent-free is this wedding dress by Danielle Frankel Studios in collaboration with The Muse Collective. I can't stop thinking about that silk tulle layer.
BEAUTY
The Essential
I love lip gloss, lip balms and lip liners. Recently, I’ve been reaching for darker shades like Clinique’s Black Honey gloss.
The Beauty Tool
A recent discovery has been this hairbrush from Woods Copenhagen. It’s a good match for the Mason Pearson brush but for half the price.
The Skincare Hero
Mantle became such a hero for me last winter – it totally saved my skin. The cream gives my skin such an incredible glow.
The A/W Scent
I tend to switch between a few fragrances, but I love Black Saffron from Byredo at this time of year. It’s deep and woody, but the top notes have a spicy, floral touch to them that I enjoy.
HOMEWARE
The Homeware
Interiors are one of my other passions. I recently bought some vintage stools that are wooden but with zebra-patterned seats. I first got into zebra patterns after seeing a beautiful chair from Dusty Deco – I pretty much love everything it does.
The Tablescaping Essential
Classic Scandinavian dishware is something I’m into right now. I recently bought these coffee mugs – they remind me of something my grandparents might have had.
TRAVEL & CULTURE
The Getaway
New York is my favourite city in the autumn. The weather is perfectly crisp and the colours in Central Park are stunning. I usually visit for work every year and just love the simple things like taking a walk in the park – plus getting coffee in the West Village, vintage shopping at Beacon’s Closet and ending the day at a busy Le Dive. The best food – and hands down the best pizza – is found at L’Industrie Pizzeria in the West Village. You’ll find me there in the perfect white tee, baggy blue jeans, a vintage leather bomber, Onitsuka Tigers and some 90s sunglasses.
The Wellness Escape
I love the Stockholm Archipelago. Anytime I want to really relax, I don’t crave warmer weather, I just want to stay in or walk to get a coffee in jeans and a jumper. In the Archipelago, you have the ocean, the woods, and total peace and quiet. It’s perfect.
The Podcast
I love Where Should We Begin with Esther Perel. Sometimes, she says something that completely changes the way you think – I highly recommend it.
The Book
I read We Were Liars by E. Lockhart recently and really loved it. I’ve just started The Perfect Couple, which has also been adapted into a Netflix series. I always want to read the book before watching the show.
The Lunch Spot
In Stockholm, where I live, I’d go to Café Nizza and order the cacio e pepe. On a slow Sunday I’d go to Brunos Korvbar for the best hot dog.
The Date Night Place
I’d recommend Miyakodori. It has an amazing set menu with so many incredible dishes. It’s one of those places where you can feel brave enough to try something new because it all sounds so delicious – and it is.
