Mango & Passionfruit Chia Pudding
This sweet and delicious pudding doubles up as a dessert and a breakfast. The chia seeds makes it creamier, the mango gives it that stunning yellow hue and the toasted flakes add some lovely crunch. Plus, everything is dairy-free. Make it in a screw top jar to take it with you on days with an early start.
