THE JEWELLERY:

Dévé x Reome Collaboration

Cult jewellery brand Dévé has teamed up with luxury skincare label REOME to create a limited-edition collection. Born from a shared appreciation for elevated simplicity and thoughtful craftsmanship, the partnership centres on the Demi-Lune earrings – a contemporary take on the classic hoop. Designed to echo REOME’s skin-first philosophy, the silver-plated brass earrings sit close to the face, enhancing radiant skin while offering an understated yet refined finish. Each pair is discreetly engraved with the REOME name – a subtle nod to the synergy between beauty and design.

THE FRAGRANCE:

Solaris By Penhaligon’s

Iconic British perfumery Penhaligon’s is celebrating summer with a radiant trio of scents, each capturing a different mood of the season, from regal gardens to sunlit skies. There’s A Kiss of Bliss (bergamot, clover, jasmine and soft musk) and Daphne Bouquet, which is inspired by Highgrove Garden, but our summer-in-a-bottle pick is Solaris, a gorgeous mix of ylang-ylang, cedarwood and vanilla. As its name suggests, Solaris is an ode to the sun, with lively notes of citrus and blackcurrant. All of them come in beautiful bottles that will look good in any hotel bathroom.

THE CAMPAIGN:

Chanel Autumn/Winter 2025/26 RTW

Chanel has unveiled its autumn/winter 2025/26 ready-to-wear campaign, starring Mona Tougaard and shot by Mikael Jansson. Set against a monochrome Parisian backdrop – think café terraces, Haussmannian façades and glimpses of the Eiffel Tower – the collection plays with illusion and contrast. Tweeds, layered textures and standout accessories reimagine the house codes with plenty of feminine accents throughout. Highlights include pearl-shaped heels, oversized chains and mini-to-maxi bags, while metallic threads and statement outerwear offer a fresh take on signature silhouettes. It's a collection that feels cinematic, modern and unmistakably Chanel.

THE FILM:

Materialists

We loved Celine Song’s Past Lives, so we can’t wait for her follow-up Materialists, which lands in UK cinemas on 14th August. Starring Dakota Johnson, Chris Evans and man-of-the-moment Pedro Pascal, it follows a young New York City matchmaker, whose lucrative business gets complicated as she finds herself torn between the perfect match and her imperfect ex. Ideal for anyone craving a decent rom-com.

THE COFFEE TABLE BOOK:

Brigitte Bardot: Intimate

This new book from Assouline is a deeply personal journey into the life of an icon, seen through the lens of Brigitte Bardot’s close friend, photographer Ghislain ‘Jicky’ Dussart. Featuring a remarkable discovery – never-before-published negatives found in Dussart’s attic – the book (published on 21st August) reveals Bardot in rare, unguarded moments: between film sets, at home in Saint-Tropez, dancing, laughing and caring for animals. In collaboration with Bardot herself, French writer Fabrice Gaignault brings these evocative photographs to life with a candid narrative and reflections shared by the actress as she revisited the images.

THE OUTDOOR ACCESSORIES:

Buchanan Studios

London design company Buchanan Studio has launched its first outdoor collection. Featuring the Outdoor Studio Chair and Outdoor Studio Stool – new editions of two iconic designs – the collection is carefully adapted for outdoor durability and indoor versatility, while maintaining the same craftsmanship, character and unmistakable sculptural curves as the originals. Each piece has been purposefully refined using hardwearing construction techniques and upholstered in fabric from Buchanan Studio’s new Wild Fabric collection. Its first indoor/outdoor performance textile range, the collection features the classic Studio Stripe in ‘Dawn Pink’, ‘Deep Blue’ and ‘Khaki’; versatile plains in ‘Chalk’ and ‘Khaki’; and a new design – Box Check – in red. Woven in Italy, the fabrics are fade-resistant, mold/mildew-resistant, water-repellent, stain-resistant and tough enough to be used in high-traffic areas.

THE MAKE-UP LAUNCH:

Hourglass Quads

This week sees the launch of Hourglass’s Curator Eyeshadow Palettes. Eve Hewson is the face of the campaign, with the actress and creative muse channelling the personalities of the six ‘identities’ the palettes represent. The pre-curated, refillable palettes are inspired by different looks and moods, and all the formulas are vegan, talc-free, blendable and long-wearing. ‘Minimalist’ offers universal matte shades; ‘Realist’ comprises multidimensional neutrals in mixed finishes; ‘Idealist’ is full of dreamy rose and pearlescent pink shades; ‘Expressionist’ has washes of wearable metallics; ‘Modernist’ contains sophisticated smoky plums; and finally, ‘Futurist’ is all about warm bronze and copper tones.

THE HOTEL:

Soho Farmhouse Ibiza

In Santa Gertrudis, a quiet village in the centre of the island amid a nine-acre working olive grove, you’ll find Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. Just 20 minutes by car from Ibiza Town, the all-new Farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat for Soho House members. Embodying a traditional Spanish farm style with white facades, rustic finca-inspired architecture, terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams, it features 14 bedrooms situated across the main house stable and two two-bedroom villas. Naturally, there’s a pool and a restaurant serving seasonal Balearic food, plus Soho Health Club, which offers wellness treatments, hot and cold therapies, and has an indoor and outdoor gym space, as well as a poolside yoga deck. We like the look of the cream vintage stretch Fiats, which are available to take guests to their bedrooms.
