American photographer Taylor Simpson has released a new collection of prints, available to purchase at The Woods. Based in Palm Springs, California, Taylor specialises in taking pictures of beautiful, design-focused destinations that celebrate nature, colour and architecture. This handy tool shows users the latest travel details for each country with information on where you have to quarantine upon arrival and what kind of Covid-19 test you’ll need to present. You can sign up to notifications by country – ideal if you spend lots of time checking the government website for updates – and it will even show you the number of active Covid-19 cases per capita. Use the filters to show which countries have open travel corridors, too, so you can start planning your next trip as soon as restrictions are lifted. Whether you’re planning a trip now or want to know when your favourite destination opens up, this tool is worth having on your radar.

BOOK THIS HOTEL: The Harper, Norfolk

Set to open on 17th May, The Harper is Norfolk’s newest boutique hotel. Located in the quaint village of Langham, just a mile inland from the coast at Blakeney, the hotel has 32 stylish bedrooms ideal for weekend breaks and midweek escapes. With eclectic interiors, exposed beams and original property features, the interiors are just as stylish as the outdoor space – particularly The Yard, which looks set to be a great spot for some alfresco dining. PLAN A STAYCATION HERE: The Pig, South Downs

SL readers will know we’re big fans of The Pig, so it’s safe to say we’re excited about their latest opening at a new location in the South Downs. Located along the West Sussex coast, the Grade II-listed Madehurst Lodge near Arundel was acquired in 2018 and is currently being renovated in time for its opening this summer. As with every Pig, the kitchens, gardens and restaurant will be at the heart of the hotel, so expect delicious, locally-sourced food and a relaxing atmosphere. Details of the new location are strictly under wraps, but we’re expecting big things.
