When the new Britney Spears documentary came out a few weeks ago, it’s not an understatement to say it caused a media frenzy. Luckily, UK viewers can finally join the conversation as the doc has just been added to Now TV and Sky. Needless to say, plenty has been written about Britney Spears over the years, but this New York Times documentary sheds new light on both her personal and professional life. Focusing on her controversial conservatorship in which her father, Jamie Spears, controls her assets, the documentary re-examines her career and the troubling ways in which she has been portrayed in the media, particularly during her relationship with Justin Timberlake and the toll on her mental health. Although Britney doesn’t feature in the film herself, expect testimonials from friends, fans and those who were closest to her during the highs and lows.

STREAM THIS LITERARY TALK: Raven Leilani At The Southbank Centre
When Raven Leilani’s debut novel, Luster, came out last month, we couldn’t get enough of it. As part of the Southbank Centre’s Inside Out festival, which features a range of online events over the next few weeks, Leilani will be discussing her debut novel in a special talk hosted by novelist Diana Evans. Luster follows the story of Edie, the only Black woman in a very white office who’s ambitious, restless and longing for new opportunities. Curiosity drives her into the arms of Eric, a middle-aged white man with an open marriage, and a Black adopted daughter he barely speaks of. Edie finds herself living in the home of Eric and his intense wife, Rebecca, and looking for ways to make a difference to their lives while resolving the problems in her own. Lauded as one of the most exciting American novelists in recent years, this event is a must, whether you’ve read the book or not. The talk will be live streamed tonight at 7.30pm and will be available to watch on demand until Thursday 4th March. Tickets cost £7.50.

HEAD BACK TO THE THEATRE: Angels In America
Directed by Olivier and Tony award-winning director Marianne Elliott, Angels In America has just been added to the National Theatre’s at-home online streaming service. If you’ve been hooked by Channel 4’s 1980s AIDS drama It’s A Sin, this play, set during the same period, should be next on your list. Set in 1980s New York City during the height of the AIDS crisis, Louis (James McArdle) learns that his lover Prior (Andrew Garfield) has contracted AIDS. As his illness progresses, Louis is unable to come to terms with the illness and eventually abandons Prior. Meanwhile, Mormon lawyer Joe Pitt (Russell Tovey) and his wife Harper (Denise Gough) debate a move to Washington D.C. When Joe and Louis strike up an unlikely friendship, the lives of the two couples become intertwined and they both have to come to terms with the breakdown of their relationships amidst a time of crisis. VISIT THIS ONLINE EXHIBITION: Ed Moses At JD Malat Gallery
Mayfair’s JD Malat Gallery has just opened a new online exhibition featuring the work of late American artist, Ed Moses. Whiplines, Waterfalls and Worms is a collection of some of Moses’ best abstract artwork from his varied career – from the 1960s right up until the early noughties. Head to the gallery’s online viewing room to look at his unusual paintings, all of which can be viewed on a gallery wall for the full IRL experience. Don’t miss the Cuatro Porto painting – one of the most beautiful in the collection. The exhibition is available to view online until Wednesday 10th March 2021. Tickets are free.
