Hervé Deville, former executive head chef of Sketch, has just launched a luxury ready meal brand, Hosanna by Hervé Deville. Offering an alternative to everyday supermarket meals, all dishes are cooked to order, ready to be popped into the oven at home. Whether you’re after a simple weeknight supper or an indulgent side dish to accompany a dinner party post lockdown, there are a selection of tasty meals to choose from, including lobster mac and cheese, pumpkin and roasted ricotta risotto, tandoori spiced cod, confit duck a l'orange and Hervé’s signature fish pie. STREAM AN ENCHANTED PERFORMANCE: Dream At The RSC
This weekend, the RSC debuts a new virtual performance inspired by Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Set in a virtual midsummer forest, the play tells the story of Puck and four sprites – Cobweb, Mustardseed, Peaseblossom and Moth. With the help of Puck, and the other forest creatures, they must regrow the forest after a huge storm hits, but they only have until daybreak before the enchanted spell is lifted. Using state-of-the-art equipment, the performance uses gaming technology and an interactive symphonic score that reacts to the actors’ movements. The play taken two years to research and develop, so we’re expecting big things. Tune into the performance on Saturday 13th March at 8pm or Sunday 14th March at 6pm. Tickets cost £10.

VISIT THIS ONLINE EXHIBITON: Mnemosyne At Purslane Gallery
This week, digital art gallery Purslane welcomed a new online exhibition featuring the work of female and non-binary artists to celebrate International Women’s Day. Mnemosyne features the work of 14 upcoming and emerging female artists – including Venetia Berry, Hazel Florez and Daisy Parris – whose art draws attention to domestic abuse that has been on the rise since the start of the pandemic. Taking its name from the Greek goddess of memory, Mnemosyne is an exploration on the ‘fundamental aspects of the human condition’. Tickets are free but donations are encouraged as 25% of proceeds will go to domestic abuse charity, Refuge.
