Whispering Angel Terrace At Sky Garden

High above the city, Sky Garden has teamed up with Whispering Angel to transform its terrace into a Provence-inspired escape filled with flowers, rosé and skyline views. Designed for sharing, the menu features seasonal plates ranging from burrata with chilli salsa and citrus-cured sea bream to charred bavette steak and fried chicken with hoisin mayonnaise, all paired with a bottle of Whispering Angel Rosé. Lady Of The Grapes London Bridge

Natural wine favourite Lady of the Grapes has opened a second outpost, this time inside the historic Menier Chocolate Factory near Borough Market. Founded by Parisian restaurateur and wine expert Carole Bryon, the stylish new space champions organic, biodynamic and female-made wines, with more than 400 bottles on offer – many of which are available by the glass. In the kitchen, chef Matyáš Plzák serves elevated French bistro classics, from comté soufflé and smoked eel tartelettes to Bresse chicken with vin jaune and morels.

Birchwood, The Conduit

Chef Will Devlin has brought his acclaimed farm-to-table approach to central London with the opening of Birchwood at The Conduit. Located on Langley Street in Covent Garden, the new all-day space champions British produce, ethical farming and seasonal cooking, with much of the menu supplied by Devlin's Kent-based Acre group. Stop by for elevated breakfast sandwiches and pastries during the day, or settle in for British cheeses, house charcuterie and seasonal small plates in the evening. With a rooftop restaurant set to open later this year, it's one to have on your radar now.
