The Marlborough

Crisp Pizza has left Hammersmith and relocated somewhere more central. If you find yourself craving one of their cult New York-style pies (you’re not alone), you’ll now find them slinging slices at the Marlborough in Mayfair. Part of the Devonshire’s pub supergroup, this two-floor Grade II-listed spot is home to a proper boozer upstairs with a speakeasy-style pizzeria below. Skate at Somerset House & Christmas at Kew

Two festive heavyweights return this week – and they’re both worth booking early. At Somerset House, the courtyard transforms into a huge ice rink, complete with rink-side DJs, hot chocolate stations and a Fortnum’s lodge for warming up. LEGO Chalet of Play, Covent Garden

Covent Garden has a new festive pop‑up this month: The LEGO Group’s Chalet of Play. Running until 30th November, the free experience invites families to step into a world of creativity and Christmas cheer. Kids can take on the Tinsel Toss challenge, hunt for hidden gifts in the LEGO Minecraft Zone, and add their own brick‑built decorations to the glowing Creativi‑Tree. In the Build To Give area, little ones can craft LEGO hearts – with each one built, a set is donated to a child in need. Expect plenty of photo opportunities with giant LEGO Santa and Rudolf, plus hands‑on activities to keep everyone entertained.
